Inkfur sat down next to Spottedfur and she took a bite out of their prey.

Pineclaw padded over to the fresh-kill pile and put down his catch, then walked over to where Dawnscar and Thorntooth were waiting. "Ok, let's go." he said.

Grimacing, Seedpaw reached into the pumpkin and scooped a few more pawfuls of the stuff out. She continued until, finally, it was empty. She wiped her paw on the grass around her. I hope this smell washes out, Seedpaw thought.

"If someone found it, they could use it for bad things. They could take over the clans! If we hid it, now bad cats can't find it." Smokepaw told him.

Raven's stomach grumbled. I might as well catch something, she thought to herself. There should be tons of mice in here. She checked the air and located a mouse, stealthily creeping towards it.

Smokepaw shrugged. "They could make a lot of cats sick, or make it so that prey avoided a clan's territory." she said. "That won't happen though. It's hidden really well."

"Huh?" said a voice. Mosspaw walked over. "What is...." she stopped and looked up at the monster. "What is that doing here?" she whispered, afraid she might wake it up.

Raven pounced on the mouse, killing it instantly. She picked it up, about to move on when she smelled a second mouse. She moved towards the scent and found it, lying on the ground dead. Raven put down the mouse she already carried. Whose is this? she thought. "Is this anyone's?" she said. When no answer came, she sat down. I guess I have another mouse now! she thought happily.

Smokepaw paused. "I think so...maybe we should cover it up later some more."

Raven glanced around. What's making that noise? she thought. It sounds like a crazed fox. She ate her mice, then got up and moved on.

"No, that's ok." Smokepaw said. "It's important that it's well hidden."

Raven stayed at camp, determining which area would be the dest locations for dens.

"What should we do now?" Smokepaw asked.

Raven looked around camp. The bush Eagle found is the medicine den, and the cave Wolfstar found is the warriors' den. she thought. Maybe the bush I found could be the nursery? It seems like a pretty protected area. Then there has to be an elder's den, and a leader's den. Wolfstar said she could be in the warrior's den but there should be a backup, just in case.

Seedpaw added the leaves on her tree. It looks like a puffy cloud, she thought. Then Seedpaw carved a long straight line on the base of the pumpkin. This is way easier without all the goop.

I like prophecy A out of the two of them.

The path ahead was split. One looked like it circled back, and two went straight, one of them going more to the right. Raven chose the straight path. There has to be an end to this, she thought. If I walk in a straight line, maybe I'll get out more quickly.

Pineclaw nodded. "Who knows what they might have been doing while the border wan't patrolled?" he answered. "They could be sneaking around right now!"

Smokepaw nodded in agreement. It was good to see Brownpaw smiling again.
