Starpaw flew over the Lake, allowing her paws to skim the water. She sighed. Who could ever love a winged cat? Of, course "I shouldnt be worrying about this." she finished she thought out loud "I am only an apprentice." But she was worried. This could take a while. Her peach tabby pelt glowed silver in the moonlight, her startling icy blue eyes flashed, and she folded her white wings and looked at her reflection. She saw a cat coming up behind her.....

Artemis strolled through the moonlight, her pelt blazed silver and her green eyes flashed. She had no friends and no mate. No kits. She had never had a mate, and never knew anyone. Not her mom, not her dad, no kin. She only knew Bluestar. Of whom she was the reincarniation. She climbed a tree and sighed. She needed to meet a cat. She needed to know things. She needed to join a clan and learn. 'Dont go to war with starclan.' Bluestar's voice warned in her head. "I wont let you down, Mom." she said aloud. But she was not aware of the cat watching her.

Artemis looked around. 'There is someone near.' came Bluestar's scanning report. Artemis spotted Bluestar looking around. 'Found him.' she said. "Where?" 'in this tree.' Bluestar leaped down and disapeared. Artemis scanned the tree. There was a white shape within it.
