Burrkit moved closer to his mom mewling

Burrkit went up to the new kit "Hey who are you?" He asked happily

Burrkit looked at them oddly. "Can you talk?"

Burrkit tried to open his eyes but they only twitched and he gave up on that.

Burrkit noticed sleepily Keykit was leaving. He got up and yawned then walked out of the Nursery wondering where Keykit was going.

Burrkit ran in the den almost running into the other two kits. "I wanna hear a story too!"

The excited kit then started to beg Branchclaw, " Please tell us a story? Please?." His eyes were hopeful and bright.

"I dunno."

"Exploring the territory? I wanna come! I mean what if a fox everyone knows even a warrior can't take one by themselves. So can I come please?" He kneaded his paws in the dirt

Burrkit notices the new kits from where he had been busily playing with a ball of moss. He bounds over "Hey!"

"No I don't want to see a fox. I am just saying what if there was a fox."

Burrkit backed up when Wishkit hissed at him. "Yeah do you guys know any games we could play? Or I could show you around camp."

Burrkit pawed at Burnkit's ears.

He frowned "Well do you want to play or not?"

Burrkit mewled with protest as his mother left but he could feel something was wrong "Snowpelt? Sandfeather?"

"Come on let's play!" He snags the moss ball with his claw and throws it at Wishkit.

"When will they be back?"

Burrkit yawns. "Ok..." He drifts off to sleep.

Hearing his mother's wail he woke up as well. "I thought they were going for a walk but why is Sandfeather leaving? Where is he going?"
