" oh, and these are my kits, Nettlekit, Harekit, Goldkit, Mintkit. and we've been looking for a home a long time. i had other kits but they died in our journey." Heather frost wailed the word 'journey'.

Heathertail's gaze lightened " thank you for understanding me,..."

Heathertail purred " Thank you! would you talk to her about this though?"

" you poor thing! i feel bad."

"should i stay here until Flamestar gets back? and when your talking to her should i still stay here?" Heatherfrost asked.

" what is it, you can tell me. i owe you! you can tell me what to do!" She Meowed hopeful.

" your secrets safe with me." she answered quietly. "safe"

" oh, i was a kittypet to..." She suddenly looked embarrassed. " my mate was also a kittypet, his name was mist."

"hmmm... do you think Flamestar is back?" Heatherfrost mewed.

Heatherfrost purred in amusement " imagine if i went to bloodclan first."

" so hows prey running here? " she quickly changed the subject.

" yes" she sighed " the reason my kits died is because of scarce prey in leaf-bear"
