Riley soon fell asleep, undisturbed by the intruder.
-
Talim laid down and remembered the dragon. She tensed and looked at the cave wall before closing her eyes.
-
Riley turned, thought still asleep. She murmured something in her sleep but stayed still.
-
Riley groaned, holding her stomach.
-
Riley shivered as her consciousness felt eyes baring down on her. She gripped the covers and her eyes tightened, and she stirred now and then, feeling as though she was being chased.
-
Riley gave him a green look and plopped down on a chair.
-
Riley caught it and rested it on her lap,"I don't see how you deal with it." She groaned.
-
Riley woke as the window shut. She sat up with a start and looked down to find her phone and a..flower? She picked it up and smelled it, a faint smile on her face, knowing only one person could have done this.
-
Riley smiles lightly at him, respecting that.
-
Riley smiled,"Finally!" She sat up.
-
Riley put the phone in her pocket, and went to the window. She opened the window and climbed out, sliding down the roof and landing on her feet.
-
-
Talim woke as it started getting dark. She got up and stretched, kicking dust over the fire
-
Riley walked quietly down the road with the flower in her hand. She would watch the shadows for any movement, her eyes darting here and there. She looked back at the place where she last and first saw the killer and shivered.
-
Max balled her hands into fists,"You and your stupid dog-pack ruin everything! Why can't you see that the white-coats don't care about any of us!? Including you!" She opened her wings wide, ready to fly far away.
-
"Yes." She yawned, saddiling Forlorn and mounting,"Let's see if we can make it to RavenWood. There's bound to be sightings there."
-
Riley groaned again,"Do I have to wear a stupid dress?" she sounded like a child.
-
Faven sighed and looked back out the opening, letting him have his rest. Her mind buzzed with a new set of exciting theories.
-
Faven looked down at him,"I know."
