Shadow followed Dark. She dragged Ally into the trees and went back for Nielle. The humans grabbed her with ropes and one of them whipped her. They got a chain and put it tight around her neck, tying her to a post. She reared and whinnied and neighed, bucked, and kicked but nothing worked. She pulled the chain tiredly and walked as far as she could and pulled back by the chain, she went backwards. She did that over and over again, slowly.

Shadow was chained to a pole, pulling at it, walking as far as she could, pulled back, walking backwards, then doing the whole thing all over again, slowly.

She stepped back slightly. "Well...hello." she neighed.

He clinked but didn't do anything. Shadow had stopped in her tracks.

"Oh..I don't have a family or a herd. Every herd I go to kicks me out just because I'm a nightmare." she said sadly.
