    [SUP]
    NAME - quinn gray
    GENDER - male
    AGE - 26

BRRIEF APPEARANCE - eyes; quinn's eyes are a bright, almost eccentric blue, the kind of colour that pops out as soon as you see it. they're bright and happy, full of life, almost as if each darker and lighter streak of blue represents each of his personality traits. his eyelashes are dark, noticeable, but not thick whereas his eyebrows are thick, but not noticeable.
face + hair; quinn's face has an almost symmetrical shape to it, he has a sharp jawline and a small chin. his nose is a rather nice shape, small and pointed with a rounded tip, and is dotted very lightly with freckles. his skin is a light olive colour, when the blood rushes to his face for whatever reason, it's hardly noticeable.
his hair is a dirty blonde colour, styled in an undercut with a short, usually curly fringe. quinn's hair is usually what he calls a "mess", almost uncontrollable on the top even though his hair wax attempted to tame it.
body; quinn has an all around average build, he is a normal weight at 145 pounds but is on the slightly taller side at exactly 6'0. he has long legs, making up for most of his height, and quite large hands and feet. he is muscular, but not overly so.
CLOTHING STYLE - he favours black skinny jeans, sneakers or boots and loose, comfortable fitting shirts or hoodies

NEUTRAL PERSONALITY TRAITS - ambitious, confident, moralistic, political, virtuoso, perfectionist
NEGATIVE PERSONALITY TRAITS - argumentative, quick tempered, competitive, cocky
BRIEF PERSONALITY - quinn is an overall confident, social guy; the typical "popular dude". he's friendly and full of banter; stories, jokes, puns, ideas for a night out, you name it. he talks to and is able to talk to everyone, never shunning away from the opportunity to make a friend. he's determined and optimistic, always showing people the "better side" of life. unfortunately though, he can be quite big headed and argumentative, his humorous and carefree attitude getting the better of him. he likes talking about politics but a civil debate with him can quickly turn into a heated argument. it's best to stick with non-opinionated topics when talking to him.
despite his very confident exterior, he's rather insecure. quinn constantly takes what is said about him to heart and is constantly trying to improve on most aspects of life, especially relationships and talents.

(that's fine! i prefer rping one character as well, bye bye riley rip)

Quinn had been ready to go back to his hotel before he had even set foot in the bar. The weather was miserable, the rain soaking any sort of clothing you put on, and every other bar he had been in had had old, white men playing songs from the 80s with extremely out of tune guitars. He wasn't looking for that. He wanted to be inspired when he listened to another's music, not bored out of his mind. He was looking for talent, not raspy voices that couldn't carry a tune even if there was a gun against their heads.
On the upside, though, it had at least been quiet. Only a few people had stopped him asking for photos or autographs and it was a nice change of pace for him. Quinn didn't mind the attention, he loved it actually, but it starts to grow tiresome when you're just trying to buy painkillers and hundreds of teenagers swamp towards you. It also makes your headaches ten times worse.
The lack of people screaming “I love you!” at him had made him able to keep going, despite the lack of talent in this rather small area, but he had been getting close to his wit's end by the third or fourth bar. That was, until, he walked into this rather small, dimly lit one.
It smelt strongly of beer, cinnamon and perspiration, and was furnished with quaint, modest decorations as well as a few stag heads mounted on the wall. Their lifeless eyes staring at Quinn. It send shivers down the 26 years old's spine. Nevertheless, it was cosy on the inside, and Quinn had thought it'd be nice to just sit and get a drink before going back to the hotel. He had sat down at the bar, told the bartender to give him whatever, put his elbows on the wooden surface and rubbed his temples. It had been a rather long day, after all.
He had lifted his head when he had heard the voice of a female, beautiful and melodious-not bitter like the drink the bartender had served him-, intermingling itself with the chords she played on her guitar. Quinn had smiled, relieved that what he was looking for had finally turned up. She played some wonderful songs, different but pleasant, and Quinn had given her a small round of applause at the end of it. He had thought about how this was definitely someone he could work with.
After she said her closing remarks, offering to buy anyone who talked to her a drink, she clambered off the stage and took a sit next to a window, peering out of it. Quinn got up, blue eyes full of life again, and walked towards her. He watched a man approach her, taking her offer up on that free drink, before leaving happily with what looked like a glass of Jack. Quinn wasn't one hundred percent sure, he usually just drunk whatever was given to him, not bothering to identify the brand name. Thinking about that now, he realised it was probably a bad idea to do that. He glanced back at the drink he had left and grimaced at it. It tasted gross anyway.
When Quinn finally reached the doe eyed girl, he smiled and gave her a gentle tap on the shoulder. He cleared his throat, “Can I also take up that offer for a free drink or did baldy already steal it from me?” he gestured to the older man, who had already finished the glass of Jack, before sitting down next to her.
