"Of course you can stay sweetheart." She says. "How about you, quill? Are you going to stay?"

Laci walked out of the hole. She starts to walk towards Elise but doesn't notice Ash as she walks up by her father.

"As you wish." She whispers as Quill walks away

Laci smiles but stops and points at Lunar. "Who's he?" She asks.

Elise sighs. "This is your half-brother, Laci."

Elise pokes her head out of the Jacket and licks Pauls face to warm it up.

Elise starts towards the den. "Come on, guys. "

"You were fine. It's not everyday a dog fights a wolf." She says. "I'll be catching dinner tonight!" She calls out.

Laci follows after them and grins as she hears Elise. "Can I come too?" She asks. "No Sweets." Elise etlls her. "Today I want Lunar to come." She glances at Lunar

Laci pins her ears back and looks at her father. Elise motions Lunar to come with her. "I'll meet you two back at the den with dinner." She says

Elise walks over to a clearing and sniffs the air. "Do you know how to hunt?" She asks Lunar

Elise frowned. Alone?! She thought. What a horrible father. Elise nods and climbs up a tree. A hawk flies over head and elise jumps from the tree and catches it. She falls, but lands with no injuries. She holds her prey proudly

"Here, let me show you." She says, and drops her hawk. She runs and jumps onto the tree. She uses her back feet to push her up and she grabs onto a branch with her teeth, pulling herself up with her front legs. She sits on a large branch and looks down at Lunar. "Now you try." She says, and jumps down branch from branch

Elise smiles. "Close. Try again."

Elise climbs up after him and looks up into the sky. "There's a lot of birds. Can you catch one?"

Elise smiles and hops down.
She grabs her bird. "Now kill it." She says, and slices the bird's head off.

Elise nods. She drops her bird and smells the ground. She licks her lips. "Now that's just good luck." She says and a hog comes into veiw

"Shhh." She orders, and starts to move closer to the hog, crouched low.

Elise jumps and grabs onto the hog's throat, staying clear from it's tusks. The hog falls over, and goes limp. Elise holds onto it's throat for a few more seconds then lets go.

" 'That Mutt' has a name." She says, dragging the hog back to the den

(Is he talking about Jerco?)

"Me and your daddy had some complications with our relationship. I ended it, that's all." She says. "And then I found another love. I didn't trade your father for Jerco, sweets."
