"Mm..." She quietly nodded, though was feeling too awkward at the moment to bring up anything else. The two walked together in silence for a while, Rainbow Dash contenting herself with it.
(OOC: Gotta go for a bit.)

Eventually, Rainbow Dash broke the silence between them. "We're almost there," she idly remarked, glancing at Toxic before looking ahead again.
(OOC: Hikari:
(can i join?)
Just so you know.)
"Yeah, no problem." On the street, Rainbow Dash came to a halt. "Well, here we are. I'll let you find your aunt's from here, I guess." Turning around, she gave Toxic a light nod as she started to walk past her. "I'll see you around."
Once her hooves touched the ground and Misty's magical hold was released, Rainbow's legs quivered for just a moment and she fell to her side, wings splayed out. Her side quickly rose and fell as she worked to catch her breath, her eyes closed and face contorted just slightly in pain from the blow. "I-I don't..." she quietly began through pants for breath.
After another few quick breaths, Rainbow gave her head a light, quick shake, rolling onto her hooves. She slowly got back up and raised her wings again. "I've...gotta finish..."
With a half-idle nod, Rainbow took off again, more slowly this time, her muscles craving the oxygen that she hadn't yet recovered.
(OOC: I'm good with a skip. We can say that RD went to Twilight's--or her own house--for the night, if we want.)
(OOC: Is it a school day?)
Though she tried, with the wind knocked out of her, she just couldn't exert herself anymore until she caught her breath. Swooping down as gracefully as she could, her hooves touched the ground and she slumped back onto her haunches, panting for breath.
(OOC: Just learned that I'll be going to my dad's this weekend. His internet is spotty, so I may not be able to get on too much. Sorry.)
(OOC: Sorry about being away, was at my dad's. He has us every other weekend. I'm going to be a little busy today, too, going to see friends I met at a brony convention, but I'll try to read up on what I missed tonight.)

(OOC: So what's Spitfire's story in this? I'm wondering if Rainbow Dash would fawn over her, or if they would be acquaintances or whatnot.)
Still seeming tired, Rainbow Dash half-heartedly flew to the doors of school, touching down to push them open and step into the hallways. She was reluctant to go to school that day--even if her uniform was more awesome since Misty altered it with her magic--what with some ponies going crazy. Again expressing her lack of care for the bell and its supposed authority, Rainbow Dash wandered into class when she felt reasonable.
(OOC: Heh, yeah, they can be awesome.)
As she began catching her breath, Rainbow felt a crushing sense of defeat coursing through her. She looked to the stands where Misty was sitting, her eyes expressing her worry: The Wonderbolts would understand, right? Her performance was sabotaged! They had to have seen that.
(OOC: Yeah, when you miss a couple pages, you really don't need a recap; it's easy enough to just read over. But everyone's headed to school or in class now.)
Applejack briefly lowered her head with a sigh as Twilight passed them by, her tail lightly twitching as she turned around. But after taking just a couple steps, she looked back over her shoulder. "C'mon, y'all; Twi might still need us."
really?
(OOC: As in two posts above your post. Yeah, nothing much happened; Spitfire joined, more people went to school and got to class. *shrugs*)
"Ponies 'n' their wings," Applejack light-heartedly muttered as she ran to catch up with the others. After Twilight had left the library, somepony had to make sure nopony would make a mess of the treehouse before they all left, right?
But being athletic had its benefits, and the farmpony caught up with Twilight before too long. "So where'd y'all say you were goin'?" she asked, just quietly puffing.
(OOC: Oh. Hey. School's out. XD)
Rainbow Dash let out a sigh of relief, closing her eyes and arching her back until she heard a few satisfying pops. School was out for the day--finally. It had felt even longer than most, and that was saying something.
A lot of the ponies seemed to leave in a hurry, and while some might expect Dash to as well, she took her time. School was out; they didn't have to do anything until the next day, so why bother rushing like everypony else?
It was relatively quiet by the time Rainbow Dash pushed through the front door and started her walk...away from the building.
