"Its alright. Its alright." he said softly as he felt blood run down his back. "Great im bleeding again..." he said under his breath.

"Can you get back to the den?" he asked as he limped back to her with aa leaf bundle in his mouth

He was deep in thought and enjoying her scen he didnt notice she was gone untill her scent became weak. He followed her scent under the bush.

He turned to the twolegs. "Cant you tell she does not like it? GET her out!" he hissed

"Alright ill help you..." he said as he starts to nudge her towards the tree. "Start climbing please." he said once he nudged her to the tree. "Ill be right behind you. Helping you when you need it."

"Well i geuss we cant leave that kit here to die." he said "Ill take it to Shadowstar and ask if there is a queen that can nurse this little guy." he said as he softly took the kit.

Syryn walked over to her and sat next to her wrapping his tail around her to keep her warm. "Im sorry they did that to you Lily" he whispered in her ear.

Using his last bit of strength he pushed her all the way up to the den. He weakly pulled himself into the den. He droped the poppy seed nedt to her. "Eat 3-4 of them and you should fall asleep with little pain during your sleep." he said as he fainted

"Its ok little one. Youre safe with us." he said softly as he walked bck to camp.

"I wont let them do that to you again... I promise." he said softly

He herd what she said. Its not your fault... I would give my life for you. I love you crystaldust! he thought but couldnot speak those words.

He turned to see how silverwing is doin. H sees that she is sad. "What is the matter?" he asked worringly

He kept his tail over her to keep her warm. He curled up and fell asleep next to her.

He woke up a while later drowsy and noticed she was whimpering in her sleep. He walked over to her nest and curled up next to her and said softly "Im alright you dont have to worry." He fell asleep again

He noticed she was eyeing the kit. "You want to raise him?" he asked

When Syryn woke he saw Lily sitting next to him. "Are you ok?" he asked remembering last night

Mingfang was awoken by her whmpering. "If you think its your fault im hurt its not." he whispered in her ear "I would do anything to protect you Crystaldust... I love you." He curled up next to her and twined their tails together and fell asleep.
