    While Viper and Amber went at it, Breeze was in the air, safe from the Toxic Wave while Dune stood his ground, almost unharmed by it thanks to his ground and rock types. He shook off the wave and watched the confrontation while Breeze pleaded with them to stop. Wraith popped his head up from the water's surface to see what all the commotion was and then leaped out of the water, landing on the surface and curling up there. Dune then introduced himself. "Well, I'm Dune," he said. "Breeze here," Breeze replied in her soft, angelic voice as she landed. "And that over there is Wraith," she added and then padded over to Wraith, flying up above the water's surface and having a bit of a talk with them that no one could hear. Dune looked at the four eeveelutions. "It's nice to know everyone's names," he said in the awkward silence.

    Meanwhile, unbeknownst to them, another Pokemon watched from the shadows. Its red eyes were the only things seen and then they disappeared and a dark shape was seen running away from where all the eeveelutions were gathering.

    Hm.. perhaps they were in a losing streak with another pack over territory and then some random wolf showed up, offering to help them. They agreed and the Alpha/Alphess made it a blood pact. And when their enemies were taken down so easily by this new pack, they feared them and some of the few remaining pack members ran away. Those who deserted were hunted down and killed by the unknown pack that helped them only to rise the next night as something 'hideous' and evil looking. How's that?

    Tiger Stripes blinked. "Really? He led you on? Well that makes me like him less... and besides, I doubt he actually loves Starlight. He just chose her because she helped kill the old Caesar," he said, trying to cheer up Spotted Moon. Then he got an idea and his ear tips got hot. He didn't speak it though. It wasn't time yet. "We should probably head off to sleep, though. It's getting late," he murmured to Spotted Moon, standing up. "I can sleep with you in the Warrior's den if you'd like. You can have Starlight's nest," he offered.

    Grass Dew bowed his head in apology to Caesar and then nodded lightly. "Do you want me to begin preparations tonight or shall I wait until the sun rises?" he meowed.

    ((LOW MUSE FOR GRASS DEW))

    "364, get back here!" a human in a white lab coat called. Experiment 364... that was her name. She bounded down flights of steps and soon was on the bottom floor where the driver of the huge balloon ship thing was as well as others. Immediately the scientists on break stood up but they were too late. One tried to grab her leg but she had already broken through the window and was plummeting into the strip of ocean below. As soon as she saw the water, she was thankful that her secondary type was fire and she was still mostly a dark type.

    A huge splash was heard by the Pokemon on the shore and the air balloon passed by. The shadow that had jumped down didn't resurface for a bit and as soon as the air ship had gone by, Experiment 364 finally surfaced, gasping for breath and paddling through the water towards shore. However, she often went under and didn't seem to make any headway towards the shore.

    She was born as an experiment and didn't learn how to swim or anything like that. She knew how to speak but barely. The other, unsuccessful experiments taught her how to speak at least enough to be understood.

    364 splashed above the water, some waves downing her relentlessly. She struggled to get to shore when she noticed another figure coming towards her. She could tell it was another Pokemon but she wasn't sure what Pokemon it was as she didn't know the names of Pokemon. She only knew a certain few and that one she didn't know. She didn't know she was not a normal Pokemon so she swam towards the unknown Pokemon, sputtering as a wave splashed over her again. "Help!" she managed to cry out, going under again before resurfacing and making some leeway towards the Pokemon.

    Name: Jacob Carter (Jake [JC by close friends])

    Gender: Male

    Age: 18

    Personality: Jake is a loner, usually enjoying being by himself. He loves to draw pictures of people and Pokemon and may even draw someone without them knowing. He gets random inspirations to draw so he always carries a pencil and sketchbook with him at all times. He's also a tough trainer, training his Pokemon to the extreme limit and maybe even past their limits to get them stronger. They don't mind, especially Ray. All four are hard working individuals but they love to have some downtime now and then. The only company Jake has (for now) is his Pokemon team.

    Trainer: Cynthia of Sinnoh's Elite Four

    Pokémon: Anu (Riolu, Male, Inner Focus, Level 29) Reversal, Force Palm, Swords Dance, Double Team;
    Anu was Jake's first Pokemon. He received it as an egg and when it hatched, the little Riolu was timid but as time went by, he got more courageous, daring, and adventurous and soon started battling alongside Jake. Anu loves to battle but isn't a sore loser. He can, however, be a tough guy and tries to act like Ace when it comes to being protective.

    Ace (Gallade, Male, Synchronize, Level 28) Heal Pulse, Night Slash, Drain Punch, Leaf Blade;
    Ace was Jake's second Pokemon. He was found abandoned as a Kirlia and when Jake found a Dawn Stone, Ace eagerly evolved. He is very courteous and is excellent at using the moves Night Slash and Leaf Blade. He's quick on his feet and very protective of Jake and the other two Pokemon with him.

    Ray (Shiny Luxio, Male, Intimidate, Level 24) Thunderbolt, Charge, Iron Tail, Thunder Fang;
    Ray, being the third and lowest level Pokemon on the team, is very competitive and a sore loser. He hates losing and will strive to make himself better than the Pokemon he lost to. He doesn't really get along with many Pokemon because he likes to act like he's the toughest Pokemon around but surprisingly gets along with Jake and his other two Pokemon.

    Romance: He's not really looking but he is lonely. He wants someone who will be loyal and just overall accept him for who he is.

    Name: Skylar Carter (Sky)

    Gender: Male

    Age: 15

    Personality: Skylar is guided by a strong moral compass that is the core of who he is as a person and trainer. He strongly believes that a person's true strength comes from their heart and not from brute strength. He is an adventurous boy who enjoys challenges. His greatest weakness is women and often does not know what to do or say when approached by one.

    Trainer: Gym Leader Morty of Johto's Ecruteak gym.

    Pokémon: Phantom (Shiny Dusknoir, Male, Pressure, Level 30) Confuse Ray, Foresight, Return, Brick Break;
    First Pokemon that Skylar ever got, he was given to Skylar by Morty as a gift for training so hard to connect with Ghost type Pokemon. It was a Dusclops when he was trading it to Skylar for a Haunter he caught. Suffice to say, Skylar was surprised when a Dusknoir popped out from the ball. They have been the closest of friends, so close, in fact, that Return's damage is as high as it can go. They did everything together and Phantom is everything like Skylar. He's very very protective of Skylar though and is always out of his pokeball, even if he isn't seen.

    Charm (Mismagius, Female, Levitate, Level 28) Psybeam, Power Gem, Perish Song, Mean Look;
    Charm loves to put people into a daze and let them live out their fantasies. Because of Skylar's insomnia (he always has too much on his mind), Charm tends to put him into a sleep and let him live his fantasies out. Charm is very motherly towards Skylar because he is so young still. She's always there to comfort him and cheer him up.

    Gem (Sableye, Female, Keen Eye, Level 25) Shadow Ball, Flash, Dark Pulse, Recover;
    Gem loves all things shiny! Yes, especially... jewelry and gems! However, she prefers to either eat the jewels/gems or hoard them. She's only allowed one gem at a time though because that's all she can have in her pokeball. Gem is a thief and will steal your shinies if you don't protect them!

    Romance: Yes though he's too shy around girls to admit it. He wants someone who is kind and caring and does not treat Pokemon or anyone harshly. Someone who fights with all their heart and does not give up.

    Full Name/Nicknames: Allard Rynris (Al [Ally by close friends])

    Gender: Male

    Age: 31

    Appearance:

    Clothes: See picture

    Personality: Allard is a strict but kind teacher. He is harsh on his comments about coordinator performances but when something really is good or close to it, he'll compliment and encourage them. He loves to encourage his students while also trying to be harsh about it but not too harsh that he discourages them. Being thirty-one years old, he's sort of perfected it but he's still working at it. He's always a gentleman when off duty and tends to input his opinion when he feels it's needed, otherwise, he stays silent.

    Which Class Does He/She Teach?: Coordinator Class

    Main type: Various

    Pokémon: Flash (Shiny Arcanine, Female, Flash Fire, Level 70) Flamethrower, Iron Tail, Crunch, Agility;
    Flash is a motherly Arcanine. She enjoys taking care of the other Pokemon but is also a bit... obsessed with looking beautiful. She will always bug Allard if she feels she isn't groomed well enough. Despite this, she's hard working and her coat shines even when she is working.

    Cora (Shiny Umbreon, Female, Synchronize, Level 70) Confuse Ray, Moonlight, Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse;
    Cora is very secretive and doesn't like to interact with other Pokemon but she does love to show off when it comes to coordinating. Thankfully, she gets along well with the rest of Allard's team though she can be a bit annoyed by Flash.

    Quake (Swampert, Male, Torrent, Level 69) Hammer Arm, Earth Power, Muddy Water, Ice Beam;
    Quake doesn't talk much. When he does, it's in as few words as possible to other Pokemon. Usually he'll just lounge around and watch things, making sure nothing goes wrong. If a fight breaks out, he's usually the one to stop it.

    Aero (Salamence, Male, Intimidate, Level 67) Dragon Tail, Fly, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Dance;
    Aero is just like Quake, preferring to be by himself though. He, however, is very protective of Allard. He's always watching Allard's back for anything that might happen and is always observant of surroundings and not just what is going on in front of him.

    Wraith (Gengar, Male, Levitate, Level 61) Toxic, Shadow Ball, Venoshock, Hex;
    Wraith is very mischievous and loves to play at the expense of most others. Normally he has his morals but sometimes, he can't help but be overly mischievous to the point of making someone faint. He tends to stay invisible at all times when he's lazing about and tends to make others think that something is haunted.

    Crimson (Scizor, Male, Swarm, Level 61) Struggle Bug, Flash Cannon, Swords Dance, X-Scissor;
    Crimson is a show off. He loves to show off his speed and agility and is always up for a battle more than a coordinator show. He's not a sore loser though and takes his losses in stride, learning from them. He's probably the most competitive of the team.

    Pokéathlon or Contest: Contest

    Sounds good. You should probably make the thread though. I suck at making threads. ^-^ Well I don't suck but it takes me a loooooong time to make threads or even profiles for that matter since I'm a literate roleplayer.

    Also, for the 'small group', how about we let four others join and they have to give a roleplay sample mayhaps? Unless you invite them and you know they are good.

    364 finally made her way to the Pokemon who was wearing shades. She didn't care about that right now though. As she finally got to the Pokemon, she latched onto him and looked at him, obviously weakening. "Help to land," she pleaded breathlessly. The waves threatened to pull her under again as she held onto the unknown Pokemon.

    364 tried to alleviate some of her weight from the Pokemon as she tried to help him help her to land. She kicked with her hind legs and barely managed to stay afloat as they got closer to land. Once there, the thought to be normal Umbreon climbed onto land and collapsed there, breathing heavily. However, her body temperature began to rise quickly with being part fire type now and a sizzling noise could be heard as the water on her evaporated into steam. She managed to stand up on all fours and looked at the Pokemon with Houndoom eyes. "Thanks," she said, sounding almost feral, as if she didn't know how to speak completely yet.

    When they see the random wolf's pack's true power, a few of them get scared and desert the pack, therefore breaking the blood pact (which they had no idea about). The random wolf's pack hunts down the few deserters and then kills them and when they wake up during the new moon, they are demons.

    Should they have demonic powers and such though? Or just look like demons?

    Yea, but just the basics, not too in depth. Definitely include appearance in there. I don't think bio is needed unless they want to get creative and say they were a demon for a while because of that pack or something.

    We'll probably need someone who is already a demon and can help lead the new demons and teach them their powers and such and lead a small pack of demons. You want the position?

    Also, should they be allowed only one character or multiple? Limited or unlimited?

    Sunblaze heard a yowling kit voice and he stood up and looked towards it. There, a kit was reaching down into the water from a tree. His eyes traveled to the water and his eyes widened at what he saw. Hissing, he reached around to his side and tore the branch out of his side but he made sure he didn't damage himself more as he did so. He then, small gaping wound in his side, dived into the water, able to work much better now with that stick out of his muscles. He swam, his blood coating the water and he finally reached Flightlesshunter. He looked up at the kit as he forced himself to stay where he was. "I'll get her," he said even though it was obvious he was very wounded as his blood mixed with the water.

    He grabbed onto Flightlesshunter with his claws and then looked up at Soaringkit. "Jump down onto my back and climb to my head! I'll get you both to shore!" he called but he was having trouble breathing and he was losing a bit more blood by the second. He grabbed onto Flightlesshunter's scruff with his jaws and waited for Soaringkit's claws to dig into his back before he moved, being right under the kit.

    ((I'll have Starflare wake up and come rescue Canarypaw))

    Starflare suddenly had a shooting desire to wake up. She blinked her eyes open and looked around. "Wh..." she murmured, getting to her wobbly paws. She turned around and saw the bloody stick and then looked to see her brother leaking blood from a wound with nothing to stop it. She gasped but then something else caught her attention. She turned to see on another island-like area that an apprentice was lying there... that was the Remedy Cat's apprentice! Starflare, without another thought, just like her brother, splashed into the water fearlessly and swam out to the small island.

    It was actually farther than Starflare had thought. But she didn't give up. She swam and swam and then finally came to shore next to Canarypaw. "Canarypaw!" she gasped and then took the apprentice immediately by the scruff and splashed back into the water, keeping both of their heads above the rushing water as she swam back to where she had been before; the rendezvous where the other cats were at.
