Tigerlily scowled. Normally when she did that to other toms they practically melted. She sulked against a wall, examining her claws.
"Yeah, cool story, kit."

Embersky sighed in relief.
"Thank you. I mean, uh, yeah."

Tigerlily continued to sulk, mumbling a little.
"So, Hibiscus... what's your story, again?"

Embersky nodded and followed Jaggedclaw and Bramblescar.

Tigerlily snorted.
"Oh, really?" Do typical loners walk around covered head to toe in blood? You would think so, we've got cats showing up covered in blood and telling our boyfriends and turning us into a flipping hospital!!" she said the last part very fast, and she fluffed up, an angry look in her eyes. She took a deep breath, her hair lying flat again.

Embersky humphed playfully. "I'm not slow. I can go fast if I want to. Do you want to race?"

Tigerlily shook her head,
"I'm sorry," she meowed, "I'm kind of on edge today."

She took out all the bones and put them on her new collar, and draped the cloak over her back. She twirled around, inspecting it.
"Well, Leona, I was mistaken. These are actually half decent. But black really isn't my color."

Oakstar sat on a huge boulder, staring up at the sky, eyes closed. The wind blew gently, ruffling her fur. She didn't notice the giant badger behind her.

Embersky smiled,
"Are you sure?" she meowed, "Okay. Ready..... Seeeeettt.......GO!"
She burst away, legs pumping furiously.

Snuffiecloud watched them. Jeez. Everyone here is in love. she thought, tail dragging, But nothing like that happens to me.

She turned back to the others,
"Well? Are you coming are what?" she meowed

She smiled and flicked her tail,
"Well, then, let's go!" she padded deeper into the woods.

Snuffiecloud laughed to herself. Ah, amor. she giggled and continued walking.

The blow hit Oakstar around the head she toppled over with a loud yowl. She caught sight of the badger and hissed, but she was injured. Her right ear was gone, and four scratch marks went down the side of her face. She started scratching furiously, but the blows were weak, and she was losing blood. The badger raised his paw for the final blow, he knew the battle was won.

Snuffiecloud smiled to herself. Beautiful. she thought, trotting along happily.

Obsidianclaw heard a chicken. She sank low to the ground, invisible and silent in the tall grass. She stalked it, and when she got close enough, she pounced.
"Gotcha!" she cried, unaware of the Creeper behind her, ready to explode.

She turned around just in time to watch it die, a pile of gunpowder on the ground. She turned to Crazyeyes,
"Oh....my...god." she meowed shakily, "You saved my life! I almost DIED!!" her eyes grew wide, and she started shaking.
