Crystaline blue eyes peered back to the golden eyed Tom, paws folded under her chest. She had her ears pulled back, resting in a focused, thoughtful look. "We can't stay, but we can't leave" she replied and looked back toward the narrow entrance of their den. Taintedstar sighed softly, "I'll lead our smallest cats to the meadow, we'll find the rabbit holes there. They'll go in and retrieve them, if we huddle and move as a unit we can get through. I'll take another cat to help us all keep warm. Then we'll return and you can go out for the other rabbit holes". While it was a suicide mission they were likely to return, they may lose a cat but that's what she was going to chose a lesser for. They were worthless and nothing more than slaves anyhow.}

Batpaw took off to start hunting, the large eared Tom listened closely to the sounds around him. He managed to find a birds nest on the ground. Batpaw crouched quickly and slowly stalked forward, his tail tip twitching with anticipation. Without a second thought Batpaw launched forward onto the roosting bird and delivered the kill bite. A pigeon. He stood tall and strode back toward the forest and buried his catch before heading to find more.}

Hope you've gotten as much as me, but I shouldn't underestimate such a she-cat with unsurpassed hunting ability" he smiled and then took off with Pastelpaw, his pigeon buried the scent was covered but still fresh, and nearby.}

The she-cat gathered three lessors, then pried a warrior from his sleep. She was in the middle of the huddle, the warrior at her side. Taintedstar pushed them into a trot, as they moved quicker against the stinging wind it was harder to move and the lessors pushed back trying to slow down. Taintedstar growled and bit the base of the she-cats tail, she yowled returning to the trot and no longer pushing against her. After what seemed like an eternity they reached the meadow, well, what looked like a meadow. Fresh crunchy snow made it dangerous to try and walk over the snow, with caution Traintedstar led them to a large rabbit hole. "In. We will dig to the next rabbit hole and remain warm, I intend on returning with enough rabbits to feed all the apprentices and queens. Do not disappoint me, but you couldn't since every rabbit in here is asleep" she unsheathed her claws in a silent threat, her voice eerily friendly.}

_{They pressed on and filed one by one into the burrow, the warrior quickly ending the life of the sleeping rabbit that inhabited the burrow. While Taintedstar begun to dig out a new tunnal that would soon collapse into the burrow of another rabbit, "continue connecting the burrows, Bring back all rabbit's you find." she ordered and set them off while the warrior tailed them.}[/fancypost]

As soon as she did he leaped up and to her side "Pastelpaw! Are you hurt?" he cried out and helped her up gently licking the mud away, concern evident on his face.}

Taintedstar and the patrol had collected at least six rabbits, they struggles to carry it all but they managed. The she-cat lead them back through the forest to their camp. Taintedstar felt her nose sting with cold as she now walked against the wind, "Run ahead one of you, bring back a warrior" she pushed one of the lessors ahead and as he took off running to camp. "Silentstar! Silentstar!" he called out, looking for the other leader to request more warriors. He carried a rabbit as proof he hadn't run away from them.}[/fancypost]

Viperfang followed her brother into camp after their patrol, She had already eaten and wasn't very HUNGRY. The she-cat sat down then stretched out a bit beside him. Viperfang relaxed herself beside her brother and closed her eyes, her tail flicking slightly only to signify she had still been awake.}

"Don't forget me" she growled softly and noticed her brother's sudden seated position realizing that it was Cherrystar calling a gathering. Viperfang came to his side and sat down, curling her tail around her paws, the long fur covering her paws and keeping them warm. "What do you suppose it's about?" she asked without turning to him, the kittypet had just joined so she assumed that would probably the reason why, she had no other thing telling her otherwise.}

Batpaw sniffed around with no avail, the long-legged Tom twitched his tail irritably as he searched and searched. Finally catching a dull scent trail form where it had been brought down, Batpaw quickened his pace and dug up the rabbit upon finding it. The apprentixe's stomach growled for food but he couldn't eat, not yet, Batpaw covered the hole as he pulled out the morsel and trotted hid way back to his friends. Although he'd never really talked to them before he loved talking o the two, both were nice, and very pretty too. He smiled to himself at the thought and slowed his pace to think about them, `it must've been weird for Pastelpaw having her face licked clean by me' he thought and chuckled at how she pulled her ears back in a bashful way when he had finished.}[/fancypost]

Batpaw being the one to clash headfirst into Cougarbite he leaped back and rolled on the ground groaning from the New pain in his head.
