    Although I can relate to being on your end (the staffy side of fearful members), because I remember being avoided in areas, or if I joined a thread the thread sometimes dies. Kinda eeked me out at first because I thought I had done something wrong, but then I just realized some members are fearful of being around staff, so they just don't post around them. :P I've also been told that some members found me intimidating, which has actually made me use the smiley faces more often to reduce that thought from occurring in the future xD
