Mossfire caught his gaze and slowly approached. "Flameheart...what happened?" She asked, her eyes full of concern for her old friend.

Mistletoe knew she shouldn't go back to the flooding river, but she couldn't ignore cats in need. After all, she had once been a Clan cat herself. Turning, the calico rouge caught sight of Rainkit and pelted towards the roaring river. "Hold on!" She yowled, wondering how the kit had once again been swept into the current. She had just saved this kit!

Maplestar saw Mintstream and froze, seeing Coonkit with her. "What happened?" She called, the fur rising along her pelt.

Mistletoe snorted and bounded over to the kit. Hauling it away from the water by it's scruff, she set it down on the bank. "You cant come with me." She said with a sigh. "I travel alone."

Ok accepted!

"Im a rouge. You belong in RiverClan. I don't have time to care for a kit." Mistletoe said with another sigh, itching to get away from the questions.

Stands for High Position as in: council member, medicine cat, leader, deputy... mostly just the important cats in a Clan.

Mistletoe couldn't really bear the thought of leaving them. She had saved this little kits life, and he had saved hers. She owed them something. Still, Mistletoe knew better. She was a rouge, she couldn't stay here! She had already spent her time in RiverClan, as she had in all the other Clans. But that was another life ago, back in the glory days. She had escaped from that hell, and was free. She wasn't bound to the warrior code. But this tom...the look in his eyes. The calico she cat shook out her pelt, staring down at her paws. "Maybe...I could stay the night. Just to make sure Rainkit is ok, that's all." She meowed suddenly, meeting Coronapaw's gaze. "I don't have to leave just yet, if you don't mid that is." She stammered, glancing at the roaring river a few fox lengths away. There was no way she could travel with the storm anyway. Whether or not, she had no choice.

"The loner lands?" Mistletoe asked, shocked. "Why would we go there?" But looking around, she saw it was probably the best thing to do. There was no where to go with this storm in the territory, so the safest decision was to go there. But that was pretty far away, so why go all the way there? She was a rouge after all, and she shouldn't be going there, but these Clan cays had the best idea. "Alright, i'll come." She agreed finally, looking over at Coronapaw.

"You need to eat something." Mistletoe meowed, concern showing in her eyes as she looked at Rainkit.

"Im fine. You're the one who needs milk." She meowed, wondering if they could find a queen nearby.

"We need to find you some." She murmured, looking around for a queen. "Where is your mother?"

"We need to get you to the rest of your Clan first before we go to Loner Lands. There we can get a queen who is nursing for you and we wont need to look after you anymore." She meowed.

"We cant take care of a kit. I can't. This is the best for you. As soon as this storm ends, I'm taking you to the rest of your Clan." She meowed, frustration rising inside of her. She knew what was best! Why cant Rainkit see that?

"Im sorry, but its for the best." She meowed, grabbing the kit by the scruff she carried it away from the roaring river and farther into the woods. "We will stay here for the night and start traveling to RiverClan in the morning." She finished, sheltering under a holly bush from the pouring rain.
