Thornpaw sighed and padded in, he was so posed to represent his evil family and get recruits to become part of Shadowstar's army. He padded up to Fawnlight. "H-Hi, I'm T-T-Thornpaw, recruit of Shadowstar's army, care to join?" He asked shyly. "We are plotting to T-T-T-Take over..." His green eyes were steady but he was afraid inside.

OOC: I'll post the form if you want.

"What!" Mapleshade snapped her head around to look at Thornpaw. "Who is planning to take over?!" she spat at the apprentice.

Raiderkit snarled at the rouge. "Liar!" he snapped. The rouge looked at Raiderkit. "No, it is the truth. Your parents were killed before your eyes!" he protested. Raiderkit growled. "That doesnt make you my father!"
"Oh, doesnt it? Your father was my brother Raiderkit." the rouge meowed. He then looked at his real kit, Renee.

Mapleshade's eyes widened, looking from cat to the other. "So many enemies," she thought with a growl. "Now kit." she snarled at renee. "This is your father!"

He looked at Mapleshade. "Even if i wrong the dark forest, i am Starborn. I can't die, and stay dead. I have an infinate abount of lives. I am like, a forever Leader. And so are my Brothers. You remember Beaststar, right? He said he was always close to you." he said.

"I think so." she said with a growl. "I'm dead and i can't be beaten either. so there." she hissed. Mapleshade turned away from the other cats and nodded at her sister. "Silverwing. Nice to see you here." she meowed to the silver she cat.

An apprentice walked over to Thornpaw. Her name was Leafpaw. Her light brown fur shimmered and her amber eyes sparkled.

Mapleshade saw Leafpaw enter. she snapped her head around to stare at the apprentice. looking from Thornpaw to Leafpaw. "Hmmm..." she mumbled under her breath and then went back to washing her battle scarred pelt.

Mapleshade narrowed her eyes at Leafpaw and lashed her tail, she was shadowed by a holly bush by the edge of the clearing where no cat could see her. she settled down and tucked her paws under her chest where she had a full view of the clearing.

Leafpaw noticed Mapleshade and she felt excitement. She ran over to Mapleshade,"Hello Mapleshade." she dipped her head.

Mapleshade looked up to see the cat standing over her. she almost jumped out of her fur as she realized Leafpaw had seen her. "oh, hi." she mumbled and leaned down to lick her paws. "You and Thornpaw seem cozy." she hissed at her.

Hawktalon entered the gathering and looked around. he spotted her under a holly bush by a apprentice. he meowed a greeting and padded over. he bent down and rubbed his head against hers. "hey Mapleshade." he meowed, dipping his head to give her a lick between the ears.

Mapleshade looked up to see hawktalon bending over her. "Oh. It's you." she grumbled and ignored his greeting, bending down to groom her chest fur. "What is it?" she meowed coldly.

Hawktalon ignored the ice in her meow and settled down besides her. "When should we get back to training?" he asked, trailing his tail along her flank. "I think i'm ready for some killer moves to learn." he whispered in her ear.

Mapleshade flicked her ears. "You will be ready soon." she meowed. "Your still soft at heart." she shrugged off his tail and stretched in the shade of the bush. "Now, if you would leave me in peace. i like to enjoy my beauty sleep." she hissed at him coldly, pushing him away.

Hawktalon sighed and scrambled to his paws as mapleshade pushed him away. "O-ok." he meowed and walked away sadly, tail trailing in the dust. "S-see you later." he said glancing back over his shoulder at the calico she cat under the holly bush. he kept walking and almost bumped into the great rock but stopped short. he turned and sat down at the base of the rock, looking over at Mapleshade longingly.

Mapleshade ignored Hawktalon's meow and turned away from him, leaning down and resting her battle scarred muzzle on the ground she closed her eyes and sighed. she didn't want to look at hawktalon's gaze for she felt it burning in the back of her pelt from across the clearing. she sighed and drifted into sleep.

Mapleshade sighed, trying to avoid Hawktalon's gaze. "he just isn't ready." she thought to herself. "He's too soft, if only i trained him better." she sighed and sat up stretching. she yawned and padded out from under the holly bush, avoiding Hawktalon's gaze. "If only he knew." she thought sadly. she padded over to a great oak and sat down to watch the other cats in the clearing.

Lithium spotted the AbyssClanners glaring at her aunt. The now tall, lissome framed rogue snarled at them all and stood byher side, baring vicious wild cat fangs as if to challenge them or dare them tol come nearer.

Morningpaw growled at Mapleshade and Silverwing.

Mapleshade whipped around and stared at the cat. "What are you looking at?" she yowled loudly at the cat. "Next time you growl at me, you get more then just a slap talkin." she snarled.

Morningpaw continued growling even as Mapleshade whipped around and began yowling at her. Her crippled hind-legs clearly visible. "I dare you to attack me." She replied cooly.

"You dare me!?" she cackled, nearly falling over with laughter at the scrawny sight. "Why, i would just love to tear you apart." she screeched, her voice crackling like ice. "i would enjoy it, but this is a gathering. and were not aloud to attack!" she meowed sarcastically with a sneer in her voice. she unsheathed her claws and her hard muscles rippled under her battle scarred pelt.

"M-mapleshade..." Hawktalon warned. "Don't attacker her. shes not as strong. that would be wrong." he meowed at Mapleshade, standing infront of her. "Please don't." he begged, trying not to flinch as she snarled at him. he could just picture her tearing that poor cat apart.

Mapleshade looked strait at Hawktalon and froze in shock. was this cat actually telling her to not fight?! Mapleshade growled and shoved Hawktalon to the side. "Move aside you mouse brained idiot!" she snarled. "or i will tear you apart too!" she tunred and faced back at the apprentice who was growling at her. "get ready to meet the real Darkforest!" she hissed at the cat.

"Oh goodie, you have a brain the size of a grain!" She chirped with a snicker. "Please, do me the favor of attacking someone who can actually defend themself, or would you rather show your strength by attcking the weak and defenseless?" Morningpaw growled, analyzing her burly form with a roll of her aquamarine iris's.

Mapleshade stared down at the apprentice with stone cold eyes. "Calling you weak and defenseless is an understatement." she hissed at the scrawny cat. "But your right. i wouldn't want to kill you yet. of course this is a gathering!" she cackled sarcastically. "Wouldn't want to hurt the mouse brained kits that stumble into the paws of the Darkforest." she snarled, turning away and stalking back to the edge of the clearing.

"That's all you have to say?" She snickered, scoffing as she walked off. "Well, Dark Forest fool, you're a disgrace to your little Forest. They would be embarressed to know that you threatened a defenseless APPRENTICE." And with that Morningpaw crawled away into a forest outside the gathering, laying beside a lake and gazing into her reflection.

Mapleshade ignored the scrawny apprentice's meow and leaped into the great oak in one powerful bound. she landed effortlessly on the high branches and settled down to watch the clearing below.

a brown starclan she cat appers on the great oak, watching over the cats. she is here to make peace. she doesnt want any fights or arguements. she sits down and curls her tail over her paws; watching.
    (see avatar)

mosspaws eyes widen as she sees the starclan cat, but her focus quickly turned back to the apprentice and mapleshade.

A growl escapes Mapleshade's throat as she sees the starclan cat in the clearing. "Get out you star brained fool!" she spat at the cat. unsheathing her claws.

    Morningpaw drowned to death.

Mapleshade's senses expanded out over the forest as she picked up the scent of death. a cat had just died, Mapleshade was confused, she only scented cats who could potentially join the Darkforest when they died and she never thought that cat would. She was sucked into the cat's last moments of dark black water and a vision of stars and darkforest. "Which side will she choose?" she thought, signaling the cat's spirit around her.
