In the shadows of the bushes was a kitty pet. Her name was Mist. She ran away from her twolegs because they were abusing her. Now she was lost, hungery and cold on Sunclan territory. She never knew her mother or father. The other kitty pets say her mother was a warrior, same for her father. She shook the thought away. Mist spotted something moving. It was a mouse. Crouching, Mist crept up on it. The mouse noticed her and ran away. Mist ran after it and slammed it down with her paw. The mouse was not moving anymore. Just as Mist was about to eat it, she heard pawsteps.
Cats! Mist thought.

Zillia, a pretty barn owl, stood by a lake. She called and called for her parents but they were not there. There were blood stains and feathers everywhere. Owls with dark eyes and sharp claws came to a sacred place called the Misty Forest. Owls were free to nest there but that was because they made a long journey to get here. The owls, called the Pure Ones, destroyed it. Zillia the lone survivor, was indeed alone.

A she-cat named Dreamsky came forward to the cats. Seeing them injured, she said "What happened?!" And not waiting for an answer she said "Lets get u back to Snowclan!"

Dreamsky asked again "What happened?"

Mist glanced at the cats. "I ran away from my twolegs. Now I have no home at all. Anyway, I didn't know it was your territory." Mist added angrily. She glanced at the cats another time. Maybe she could run away...

Dreamsky nodded quickly.
"We have been trying to chase that wolf away for moons. I never knew that it would get into the heart of the territory." Dreamsky shook her head sadly as she said it.

Mist looked at them happily. Maybe they are going to let me join! I wouldn't be alone anymore! Mist thought excitedly.
"I can hunt." Mist added.

"Nice job!" Dreamsky said, amazed.

Mist smiled.
"Whos your leader? What do you do in a clan? Am I going to be a apprentice? Do you know my mom and dad. They were warriors. Are they in a different can? Are they deadd? What was their names?" Mist burst with a hundered questions. Then she smiled emmbaressingly.

Zillia gasped in surprise.
"Get away from me! Please don't kill me like you did to my moomy and daddy!" Zillia screeched.

Mist felt sad inside. But she couldn't show it to the cats.
"Thank you." She dipped her head to the warriors. Then she smiled.
"What do you catch here?"

Mist brushed the tears away.
"Thanks." She whispered to the cat.
"So, wheres the camp? Do you have a cool camp? What will my apprentice name be? Will you be my mentor? I hope you will." Mist chatted away.

OOC: I need to log out. Pretend she fell unconcious from her previous fight with a badger.

OOC: I"M BACK!

Mist woke up suddenly.

"Wha-what happened?" A drowzy Mist asked.

Mist suddenly remembered everything. Her promise to her mother... sahe thought she saw her. Her mother's fur was glazed with stars and her mother said, "Remember your promise Mist."
Mist shook the thought away. There was no was she was going to go all the way to the mountains when she just found Sunclan.

Mist nodded happily. "What am I going to do there? What if the other cats don't like me? What if I fail at training?" Mist asked on their way to camp.

Wow... clan life is more harder than I thought it would be. Mist thought. She thought about Greywing. He is really cute.... She thought lovingly.

Zillia got ready for her first flight. If this owl was going to attack, she was not going down without a fight.

Shadowkit crept out of the nursery.
I will be the bravest warrior there will ever be! Shadowkit thought as he darted to a nearby bush. His green eyes gleamed with satisfaction. He will hunt so much, the fresh-kill pile will be overloaded.
But just as Shadowkit reached the entrance to camp, he was stopped by a cat.

Shadowkit looked up, surprised.
"I was going to go hunt for my clan. Don't try and stop me!" Shadowkit said bravely.
