Softheart padded to the border. None of the toms in her clan were intrested in her, and she was a bit sad.

Her eyes pricked. Was that another cat from across the border? She was frozen with fear.

Brighteyes sat on the border, pawing a butterfly that was right above her.

(River clan) She took her paw away from the butterfly quickly, and stood. For a second, she was shocked by how strong he looked, but snapped out of it quickly.

"I was... practicing. I'm a very good warrior, got to, um, keep strong..." She mewed nervously.

"Brighteyes." She mewed. She couldn't hide anything, and she was slightly anxious.

She smiled and mewed sarcastically, "Too many beautiful she-cats to catch your eye?"
