" What do you mean Dawnpool?" He asked. He padded over to her and sat down beside her and let his fur brush with hers. He twined his tail with hers and looked into her beautiful eyes. His eyes were locked in with hers as he looked at her. The moment would soon pass and reality hit him like a thorn. "I will always love you even if we are from different clans." He purred choking back the sadness.

He twined his tail with Fawntail's. He took a bite of the mouse and left the flavor overwhelm him. He saw Nightblaze pading and beckoning him with his tail. "I have to go on patrol. Want to come?" He asked.

He purred and looked back to see his mother padding toward him. "It's time to go home Crowfeather," Fallowflight mewed softly. "Can Dawnpool join our clan?" He asked. Fallowflight's eyes darkend as she looked at Dawnpool. Just then, Lynxstar stepped out of the bushes. "Dawnpool do you want to join our clan?" Lynxstar asked. Crowfeather jumped back in ashtonishment. "Dawnpool he's giving you a chance to be with me," He purred happily. He ran back over to her and covered her in licks.

Crowfeather raced at Lynxstar side to the stream where he would see Dawnpool waiting. They finally got there and Crowfeather was out of breath from racing through the dense undergrowth. Once he was Dawnpool he bounded across the border and covered Dawnpool in soft gently licks.

Crowfeather felt his paws tinggle as Dawnpool spoke to him. "Never," He purred back. Lynxstar looked at the two and beckond with his tail to leave. "Lets go," Meowed Lynxstar. All three of them rushed back to the camp. Once they got to the thorn tunnel Crowfeather slipped through and all of the cats were watching Dawnpool as if it was an invasion.

Crowfeather tracked back and brushed against her. Crowfeather purred and twined his tail to hers and licked her cheek.

Crowfeather hissed at who ever was looking at Dawawnpool poorly. "Lynxstar. Dawnpool has come to stay and awaits your permission" Crowfeather mewed deeply. Lynxstar looked at Crowfeather with tons of respect while Crowfeather was talking about his mate.

Hawkfeather walked out of the bushes and purred greeting his clanmate. Minnowtail and him have been friends forever but Hawkfeather wanted to be more. "Hello miss Minnowtail" he purred. He shook out his handsome golden tabby fur. He stared at Minnowtail with warm amber eye.

Hawkfeather purred and rubbed his jaw against hers. He thrushed his paw in lighting quick and pulled out a huge carp. He dropped it on the ground in front of Minnowtail. "Want it?" He asked.

"Come take a walk with me Dawnpool." Crowfeather meowed. He padded into the forest and looked back to make sure that Dawnpool wad following. "Dawnpool. Do you promise to always stay with me?" He asked.

Crowfeather looked down at his paws. "Nevermind" he sighed. "I'm just glad that your here" he purred. He raced back through the forest with Dawnpool at his side. He raced with long strokes of his legs keeping the grace of the forest with him.

"I ate this morning on the dawn patrol." He meowed. He watched Minnowtail with warm amber eyes. "So what are you doing this afternoon?" Hawkfeather asked shyly. He sat straight up holding his head high. He blurted out "Can we go patrolling together?"

"What's wrong?" Crowfeather asked worriedly. He brushed against her side and purred. Mudstripe came rushing up panting heavily. "Hurry quick! Redcloud and the Morningclan patrol have gotten into a fight with our patrol," Mudstripe hissed. Crowfeather looked back and Dawnpool, "You can stay you know." He looked at Dawnpool and then continued, "Fight with us and you will prove your loyalty to our clan."

"Great!" Hawkfeather purred. He bounced up to his paws and nuzzled Minnowtail.
