Nightmare looked around at all the cats and seemed to make a decision. "What do I want? Nothing, of course." he meowed smoothly.

Twilightkit scooped up the smaller of the red tabby she-kits. This is Shimmerkit. he mewed.

"I guess so."

Icesong groomed herself, ears pricked for any sounds. This was her warrior vigil. She didn't want to mess up.

Caramel sat calmly in a shadowed corner.

"I could ask you the same question."

Lillykit and Jaykit looked at each other mischievously. The two kits were the biggest troublemakers in the clan.

Twilight picked up the larger she-kit. And Sunkit.

"That's an interesting mark! I have one too but you can't see it, because someone buried me and there's dirt in my fur." she shook out her fur, revealing a paw-print mark on her foreleg.

The kit scrabbled around, using her tiny claws to climb up Narite's back.

The kit sat down between her ears.

The kit curled up, falling asleep again. (she's gonna sleep till morning. Maybe we should time-skip?)

Sunkit kicked Twilightkit in the muzzle. He squeaked and dropped her. She wriggled, eyes closed. Twilightkit picked her up again.

They spun around, and as one, leapt on the three.

Twilightkit set Sunkit down and licked her gently on the head.
