Deersong sighed in the cloud of dust the cats had left her. She thought she had made a friend. And then this rouge had to come along, and who knows where he was now. Pestering another Clan, maybe. Don't think like that, she scolded herself. He at least was a nice cat just then.

Just before Dreamspark had left her, she heard her mutter something about the cave. Wanting to trust her Clanmate, she headed in the general direction of the cave. Wondering what she would find.

OOC: Is it okay if I'm still in this thing? Sorry I've been out for a week. Just one more gap, when I'm moving, and then I'll be able to be more committed.

Deersong had lain down quietly in respect of this hunt. Sunflame had detected the aerial scent with ease, and shortly collected his catch. Watching him made her feel uneasy of her own skills, but also happy to gain something from this. She made sure to be risen by the time he looked back at her.

It was her time now.

Closing her eyes briefly, she listened without scent. Deersong then opened her mouth, slapping her tongue back down from the roof of her mouth to free her scent glands. Opening her eyes, she added another layer, visual. All the while silently hoping her stunt would be leveled with Sunflame's.

The brown cat decided to settle on a rabbit, which was the most constant scent in this area.

Deersong squinted at the sky, which was parted with clouds, she hoped it wouldn't rain. That would make it even more difficult, and the Olympics were supposed to be daunting already. She gulped. Maybe she should have waited for the second one, instead of rushing to join the first.

From the stands where she lay in wait for her turn, she watched in admiration at the current contestants.
