Coppershine stared at Cougarheart, "Thank you." She mumured. "Tell me your story, what brought you here, to these tunnels?"

Coppershine flinched away from Coaldust, although part of her wanted to rush to him. "I'm so sorry Cougarheart!" She mewed, running her tail down his back warmly, She fixed her green eyes on his, "You'll see her in starclan one day."

"I know how you feel," She mewed sadly, "I lost my mate Shadowfur." Her eyes darkened, "He hasn't gone to Starclan yet, but he's dead to me.

Coppershine bristled, What did he care? He would rather be licking Illusionpaw's cheek. She wanted to run after him and apologize a million times, but she forced herself to turn to Cougarheart instead, "I don't know what got under his fur," She mewed, even though she painfully knew.

Coppershine's head snapped up at the sound of a cat's yowl. She couldn't let another cat get hurt. Pelting through the forest she pricked her ears, Coaldust?! Panicking, her heart twisted, she ran faster than she ever thought she could.

"Coaldust!" Coppershine cried again, as she saw the fox, it's teeth snapping at him.

Coppershine leaped onto the fox and dug her claws deep into it's flesh, ripping out tufts of fur. Fury ran through her veins and everything that had ever made her sad or angry she let out onto the fox. She thought of her mother who cheated on her father and her father who had destroyed her clan. Her thoughts whirred over Shadowfur and how he betrayed her, Wolfleap who attacked her mercilessly for no apparent reason, and finally Coaldust, who she loved but seemed to love another. Her claws kept going until the fox was whining and trying to run away. But she couldn't stop raking into it. Suddenly she looked at herself, What am I doing?! This poor fox! She let it go, her muscles suddenly going limp. What have I done? She stared at the greatly injured fox in front of her.

"I'm sorry!" She mewed to the fox,"Please don't die!" Coppershine began softly licking it's wounds. Grabbing some cobwebs, she patched up the creature. It whimpered softly, "How could I do this to you?" She murmured, her heart ached for the animal.

Coppershine turned, her eyes glittering with hurt, "No, I-I went too far," She shook her head sadly, "Not even a fox deserves this."

Coppershine stared at Wolfleap, "I'm sorry if I hurt you Wolfleap, at least tell me what I did to make you hate me so much." She bowed her head sadly.

"I'm sorry Wolfleap, I was only teasing, do you really think I deserve to be killed over a small joke?" She mewed in shock.

Coppershine dipped her head solemnly, "Very well then," She said, sympathy for Wolfleap shining in her eyes, "Send me to Starclan, I will have lost nothing."

Coppershine's heart warmed at the sight of Coaldust and Bluepaw, her friends. But she stayed staring at Wolfleap.

Coppershine turned, "No, Cougarheart, I'm the one who deserves to die."

Coppershine Looked around at the gathered cats, genuine concern was glistening in their eyes. A purr rumbled in her throat, these cats were her family, and she loved them all, "Wolfleap," She mewed slowly, "If you truly believe I deserve to leave this clan, then act now, I will put up no resistance." Her gaze remained solidly on Wolfleap.

Coppershine turned to Coaldust, her eyes glittering with sadness, "I love you Coaldust," She shook her head then, "But I see how you look at Illusionpaw, how can I trust you when I've already been betrayed once." Staring off into the forest she said, "And how can I live when I've done something so horrible that a cat wants me dead."

OOC: Basically Coaldust likes Coppershine and Illusionpaw but Coppershine dosn't trust him because she used to have a mate in her old clan named Shadowfur who betrayed her for another cat. Cougarheart is really sad because his mate Tigerheart died, and now (I think) likes Coppershine, but she dosn't know this. Wolfleap is Leopardpath's (the cat who betrayed Blossomclan) daughter and so cats in her past have assumed she was bad. Her and Illusionpaw like Cougarfoot, who can't decide between them. Coppershine accidentally embarrassed Wolfleap by teasing her about liking cougarfoot and so now hates Coppershine and wants to kill her. Wolfleap attempted to give deathberries to Coppershine, but then tried to kill herself by jumping into the collapsing tunnels, but Cougarheart saved her. Now Wolfleap is saying that Coppershine deserves to die and so Coppershine is accepting her fate and allowing Wolfleap to make that decision.
Yes it's confusing.

"No!" Coppershine cried, "Please Cougarheart, I don't know how I feel right now, I-I'm so confused about everything," Exasperated, she ran to Cougarheart and licked his cheek, "Your so brave, I know it's been hard because of your mate but you deserve the best life and the most loving mate, you can't die, I won't let you!"
