"Okay, so now that we've got everyone back on their feet, we've got to figure out our next move," Joan announced.

"Yeah, there's that, at least," Joan agreed. "But I'd like to take out the guy who runs the slave trade and just finish it off."

"We've met him before. How did we find him that time?" Joan mused, taking a moment to remember.
"We followed Greed," Jian reminded. "He kidnapped Cai and took her to the father dude."

"There's always some problem, isn't there?" Joan mused. "Maybe we can ask Alfred for help tracking him down."

Joan shrugged. "At the very least, it would give us a place to start."

Seeing Tess, Crispin, Kaito, and Hari, Richie turned toward them and exclaimed, "You guys finally decided to come back! What were you guys doing all night?"

"While you guys were spending time together in a hotel, Master Katashi told us something that you might want to know about," Maya informed them.
Sev grumbled unintelligibly, seemed to be making a point of keeping his gaze away from Kaito.
Ignoring Sev, Maya continued, "That old man at the parade, we know who it is. He's an old friend of Master Katashi's named Saburo."
"He killed Sensei's wife and stuff!" Richie added helpfully. "The dude's really big trouble."
"He has to be really big trouble if he caught Meili off guard--while she was on guard, even--so easily," Kenny remarked, and then paused to process his own comment. "I'm sure you know what I mean."

Kenny spoke up almost immediately, "I might have an idea." He paused before continuing, "We can't just announce to the world that the Emperor isn't really dead. Nobody would believe us. So our best bet might be to reveal that Ruan plotted to kill the Emperor and steal the throne. If everyone knows that, there's no way he can stay in power."
Before Kenny could continue, Kaito interrupted, "Wait, how do you know the Emperor isn't dead?"
Richie pointed at Jian and started, "Jian--"
Suddenly, Sev covered his younger brother's mouth to prevent him from continuing. Maya hastily finished Richie's sentence, saying, "Has connections with the Emperor! Yeah, Jian has connections with the Emperor!"
Hari raised an eyebrow suspiciously as she asked, "What kind of connections?"
Evenly, Meili answered, "Very close connections. They're on a need-to-know basis and you don't need to know. Now stop talking about it." After a brief staring contest with the two confused sibling that Meili won, she turned to Kenny and said, "Now continue."
"Thank you," Kenny said. "So, to reveal Ruan's true nature to the country, we first need to get evidence. Where else would evidence be but at the palace? He may be able to hide a lot of it, but there's no way he hid everything. He would have had to make phone calls, emails, something that would reveal him. And I could get it by hacking into the palace security system. It would be a piece of cake."
"You're sure this would work?" Jian asked warily, as if hesitant to get his hopes up.
"Yeah," Kenny confirmed. "Even if he deleted any evidence from the records, I can dig them back up easily enough."
Atton shrugged almost indifferently. "Sounds good to me."
Kenny grinned as he asked rhetorically, "What would you guys do without me?"
"I don't know, but I'm so glad we have you, Kenny!" Jian cheered. "How long should it take you to do?"
"It depends on how much information I have to sift through to find what we need," Kenny answered with an uncertain shrug. "Could take hours or days."
Jian's enthusiasm seemed to deflate slightly, but he replied, "As long as this whole situation is over with soon."

"So I guess we go back to Central," Joan said. "We have no time to waste. Let's get out of here and get going."

After a couple hours of doing what they could to convince the doctors Crispin was all right, they were allowed to leave the hospital. Shiro, Sev, and Richie had left early in the morning, despite Sev and Richie's protests and desires to sleep in. Everyone who remained boarded the train in the early afternoon and were soon on their way to the country's capital...again.

OOC: They went on a wild search and eventually found Greed with their amazing skills. Greed lead them to Father(whatever we decided his name is...), and now they are ready to fight him.

OOC: Father dude's name is Kenan.

OOC: Discontinued!
Clarissa shows up to help the group. Shiro had a fight with Katashi and runs off to help the group, then Meili, Richie and Sev follow. Kang shows up and tries to kill them. So they all struggle to fight Kang. Somehow, Shiro ends up fighting him alone as everyone else is distracted with assassins or for some other reason. Crispin gets knocked out. Kang stabs Shiro just as Katashi shows up. Katashi gets mad and attacks Kang. Then Kang is killed and Shiro dies.
Then they fight father dude and it's a very awesome fight. They defeat father dude and it's amazing. The slave trade is aboloished, happily ever after. Except for the ninjas, who have to cope with Shiro's death. Yay.

History: Sensing her special connection to the force, Shanna found her when she was young and brought her to the temple to be trained as a Jedi.

Personality: He comes off as gruff and unapproachable at first, having little to say to anyone he has no need for or association with. Once you get to know him, he is serious about his goals and missions, although he can lay back and relax like the teenager he is. He's also a natural born leader who is very ambitious. As a Mandalorian, he finds battle honorable and relishes the thrill.
History: He trained under his father, Teroch(pronounce tay-roch), for most of his childhood. He is good with a blaster but best with a sword, considering himself a blademaster. He set out as a mercenary in hope of doing something that impresses Teroch enough to earn jaig eyes to paint on his helmet. He works with three others: Kayna, Shandria, and Bren. Teroch tags along, but doesn't help with the missions unless it holds a specific interest to him.
Other: Kad has some force sensitivity, which has helped him in his work before. But he isn't aware that it is the force. Instead, he calls it either a 'gut feeling' or 'the thrill of battle.' He considers himself a 'True Mandalorian, as opposed to the Death Watch or pacifist Mandalorians. He also likes to take pictures of the people he defeats. He's funky like that.

Appearance: Short white hair, silvery blue eyes, and pale skin(I little paler than just normal caucasian white). She has sharp facial features. She wears a jack with colors I have no decided on yet. Once I have a picture up on dA or something, I'll post a link here, because I prefer pictures.
Personality: I can't remember... I feel pathetic cuz I forgot what my characters are like.
History: She was raised as an echani, a race of people who enjoy combat as a sort of self-expression. Shandria trained to be a doctor among them, because they're bound to get hurt every now and then. Eventually she decided to leave home and ran into Kad. The two somehow ended up fighting (maybe cuz Echani and Mandalorians are kinda rivals), but came to respect each other's skills. She joined his mercenary group and their medic, although she is a formidable fighter as well(but mostly in close range fighting. Either unarmed or melee. She prefers unarmed.) Sorry this is a bit vauge, I actually made this up on the spot because I never got a chance to develop her because I couldn't even decide what she looked like until recently.

Appearance: Black hair, dark brown eyes, ochre toned skin(to simplify life, he looks Asian). He's short and his clothes are a little too big. He likes his big jacket.
Personality: Don't remember much beyond the fact that he's ridiculously smart and sometimes forgets the rest of his team doesn't understand what he's talking about.
History: I don't know. Forgot to think of this part. XD
Other: He's a 15 year old technical genius, kinda like Kenny.

OOC: Jessica, you have a pretty detailed description of Katha up on the last rp we did. Detailed except for the history. Anyway, thought I should inform you.

Padawan Arita Gre paced impatiently, waiting for her master to finish speaking with the Jedi Council and inform her of the plan. They needed to get supplies past the blockade over the planet of (temporary name), but currently lacked the resources to pull it off. The council apparently had an idea, but they wanted to speak privately with Arita's master, Katha Xia, alone and sent the padawan away. Arita could only guess why her presence was unwanted.
(OOC: Maybe they want to convince Katha to agree to the plan and worry Arita would argue or be unhelpful in convincing Katha)
Just when Arita was wondering how long their conversation would go on, the door opened.

Puzzled, Arita responded dumbly, "Mercenaries?" After a moment, she shook herself out of her stupor and continued, "Why would they do that? Why not just send a blockade runner and maybe some more troops to help out?"

Arita sighed, "Well, if we have to work with them, we might as well know who they are. When and where do we meet up with them?"

"Not a full squad? Please tell me you're kidding," Arita replied in disbelief.

OOC: Dunno what else to say
