hayden shook his head, "no, please stay!" he answered, grabbing aubrey's arm; maybe sounding a little more desperate than he intended. he blushed and then coughed, letting go of her arm and looking at his feet shuffling awkwardly, "i mean, we'll be safer if we stay together, right?"

hayden didn't 'like' aubrey or anything, he had only just met her - but he couldn't deny the fact that she was gorgeous. no, the reason he wanted her to stay was because he was scared, and even if she was a crazy serial killer he would probably still want her to stay.
