Apollo grinned and leaned forward, becoming uncomfortably close to his son, "Spot on! You never fail me, Apollo head counselor!" he leaned back into his seat but still faced his son. "So here it is, a big quest! Ooh!" he said waving his hands as if he had just made a penny disappear. "You know that giant Python, of course you do, you're my son! Yeah well blah blah blah bunch of stuff happened, there's a giant snake on the loose-" he stopped and looked directly into Will's eyes, slipping his sunglasses to the top of his head. "And you gotta kill it kiddo, free prophecy and restore my power or whatever. Can't help you though because i'm on godly parole." he shrugged. "Ah yes, but since there isn't any prophecies to be handed out, take a haiku!
"A super big angry snake
Beware it's poisonous fangs they will kill
Shoot between the eyes- BAM!"
All of a sudden the God's eyebrows scrunched up. "Wait that was like 21 syllables. Bah! It'll have to do." Apollo turned back around to face the wheel as if dismissing Will from his dream and presence before he turned back around again.
"Oh! And Demeter asked me to get you take one of her girls out. Al or something. Said something about cereal prodigy who refuses to go more than ten feet from her cabin. She needs fresh air and exercise or something blah blah blah, you know the deal. I'm sure you can still pick like, what was it, four other kids. I don't know. All right see you!"
Apollo turned to the front wheel once again and the engine revved up and Ring Around the Rosey began playing with extreme screaming singers. As the car surged forward, Will was forced back into his seat and hit his head, since he wasn't wearing a seatbelt- safety first Will. When he would open his eyes again, the first lights of day would just be hitting the Apollo cabin.
