Silver examined Jack. "Are you alright?" She demanded even though Rain had asked him already.

"Can you fight?" She asked him.
-
"And Dylan, what's up with the sighing?"
-
"Seriously Dylan, what's up? Its okay, you can talk to me," Said Silver soothingly.
-
Silver snarled at the fox, but let Rain handle it. She knew Rain could handle herself. Besides she needed to focus on Dylan, to make sure she was okay.
-
Silver resisted the erg to roll her eyes. "Are you going to talk to me?" She asked.
-
Silver grumbled to herself, as she pounced on the fox and slit its throat with her claws.
-
"You did," Silver reassured. "And I need to make sure that everything, and everyone, in my pack is checking out, going smoothly. So, I need you to help me do my job and tell me what's up." Said Silver softly.
-
"We go back to the patrols, hopefully that's all the action for tonight. I'll howl when you guys can go home."
-
As Silver bounded back to her patrol area, she noticed the new girl was still out. She morphed into her human form and stepped from the woods. "Hello." She said loud enough for the human to hear.
-
"I'm Silver, you must be new here," She said sticking out her hand.
-
Silver dropped her hand and scowled. "Well, the streets aren't safe for people like you at night. I suggest you go home,"
-
Silver regarded her with disdain. She'd never been openly defied before. It was earth shattering for her.
-
Silver froze. "You smelt the fire? How did you smell the fire? It was up in the mountains?"
-
"Rain what's the matter?" Silver asked.
-
Silver searched Rain's eye, she nodded and turned back to Leo. Rain was horrible at hiding how she felt sometimes, but other times she was great at it. Tonight the grief was plain.
"Yes, Leo, the fire was in the mountains. How on earth did you smell it?" -
"Have you recently been attack by a large wolf, or had dreams about being attacked by a large wolf?" Silver asked.
-
Silver could sense Rain's sadness, and was plagued with worry, but she knew Rain didn't want her involved. She wondered what the other's her were up to while she waited for Leo to answer.
-
Silver's eyes widened. "When was this?"
-
Silver cursed as she heard the howl.
"We'll have to continue this tomorrow. I will meet you here same time," Said Silver before sprinting into the woods and morphing in a wolf bounding towards the sound.
