The wolves raced back from the battle with Fawnusk. It had been a massacre. Kastoon had killed everything. They would rule the land, they would rule everything, but only to a consequence. Their leader had died in battle. Marx, their previous leader, did not have any sons so his oldest daughter would be leader. Kastoon had never been lead by a female, but Devela stepped up as leader anyway.
