"No use." Psen said quietly, rising to her hooves and reachingup with her primary arms. A bundle of blankets was hidden up on one of the rafters, along with something similar tpo dried meat, fresh fruit and a canteen filled with water. "The Twins are my friends, and they always put supplies in the rafters as soon as a fight with the Elder starts.." she said.

The Dust Rabbit seemed to appear from nowhere, "Can you explain what the bloody hell happened last night?!" he ask in a incredulous tone, blue eyes wide and displaying a wide array of emotions. The area where his fabric had been torn was stitched shut, a bit sloppily, but the best Mortimer could do. "I have never been attacked in all mylife, and theres hardly ever danger in Bridge!"

"Oh quit moving around. You'll only make it worse." Mortimer sighed, moving to his bag and pullingout a curved needle, antiseptic, and black plastic thread. "I don't use antiseptic for myself, but I keep it around just in case." he said, getting a length of the thread and cutting it with his teeth.

"I can understand that." he said as he threaded the string through the eyes of the needle. "But you need to take it easy. You must've been poisoned, considering how long you were out." Mortimer explained, looking over the wound, "This might hurt, but the antiseptic should have numbed it.." he said as he carefully began to suture the cut.

Mortimer frowned at her reastion, "Hush. It'll hurt more if you move around." he said, keeping his focus as he worked quickly but neatly. "Its not like you have seams that burst every week or so." the rabbit murmured as the tied off the thread and cut it with a small pair of scissors. "I don't know how to help you otherwise, I'm just a tailor and part-time medical assistant. All I know how to do is stitch and fit."

Once he was done with the suture he wrapped gauze and a bandage around her arm. "Could have been much worse." he said, "Well, you can rest for a while if you want. I'm not going to be doing much other than reading or something." Mortimer walked over to the staircase in the corner of the room, going down to the main level, as the houses in Bridge were built like apartment conplexes on a cliffside.

"And why would you be involved with pagans?" he asked, not knowing anything about sex, as he was a stuffed rabbit doll. Mortimer knew little about his maker, except that she was a pyromaniac and wannabe serial killer, and could only relate to violence, art, science, and literature.

Mortimer hot to his feet and sighed, "Look. I know hardly anything about this sort of thing.. I'm just a doll made for the comfort of a deranged Maker." he said, putting one of his hands(more like a stump, really) on her shoulder. "Look at me, what do expect from a Dust Rabbit tailor?" Mortimer asked, genuinely unable to understand and comfort her at the moment, as he lived in an area with more inhumans.

As Mortimer went to go and check the books, somethinghave and large fell on top of him, leaving him gasping as arms tucked around him. A voice giggled in his ear and something was restingon top of his head. "Mortimermortimermortimeer!" the voice said happily, and suddenly he knew who this was.

Unlike Daniel, Psenich had no memory of her parents, having gotten a concussion at a young age and ended up with amnesia. Luckily, the shelter kept out most of the cold night air, but it was still drafty. Out of concern for Daniel, she tossed the blanket off of her body and laid it on top of him.
