Softheart made it far into the forest and flicked her tail, seeing a mouse, and deciding it was a great time to teach the mouse-hunting tactic. She performed a perfect kill, and turned to Lionpaw. "A mouse feels you, and a rabbit hears you. That's why I killed the way I did. Do you want to try?"

While Softheart was training Lionpaw to hunt, she heard Dovepaw and Swiftstar.

Softheart heard yowling and raced to the scene.

*Sighs and helps him.*

She smiled at him.

Her smile widened.

Longfur touched noses with him. She thought, Finally! Silentpelt is gone and now I have the love of my life!

"I guess I'm even luckier!"

Longfur had to go celebrate the best day of her life. She muttered, "Got to go, um, bye!" She ran off to where she had killed Silentpelt to talk to herself, a habit from when she was a kit.

When she got there, she ranted about how happy she was.

"MAH LIFE IS COMPLETE! THAT SILENTPELT IS FOXDUNG!"

Longfur padded into camp, and Softheart watched her apprentice from up in a tree.

Lionpaw flattens his ears and let's out a hissWildflare bound over to Longfur "I need to ask you something" He mews
"Yes, sweetheart?"

"did you kill Silentpelt?" He asks, his eyes dull
Like before, she was a good liar. "No, why would I do that..?" -
"Mm." She looked at him. "Where, exactly?"

"You're lying to me? But I love you! Don't you ever LIE to me." She looked at him with a look covering her nervousness.

"No, and I'm surprised you'd have so little faith. But really, who told you that lie?"
