"I can't sleep tonight," he said, a barely audible whisper. He was still looking up at the stars as he spoke. He flicked his head around to look at Brownskies. He shook his tail to get the snow off. In fact, there was so much snow, he was up to his knees in the powdery, white snow.

"Star, how are you today?" Bucephalus asked the mare. "It's beautiful today," he said, the sunrays making his black hair seem shiny.
