(Sorry for not responding. >.< I was eating dinner.)

"The...darkness?" Ichi echoed, eyes now wide with some sort of fear and further curiosity. It made her want to know what Connor could do even more, striking away all thoughts of being subtle with her questions. "So what are you, anyway? What abilities do you have?"

The look on Ichi's face changed as Connor explained what he was, her curiosity vanishing and replaced with mild fear and confusion. Stop standing there and start speaking, a voice inside her head scolded, sounding more like Ni despite that being impossible. "That's...uh, interesting," she said softly, stalling briefly to glance behind her at the clock inside her room.

Furrowing her eyebrows, Ichi looked back at Connor, frowning slightly. "I was hoping I could be Ichi for a little bit longer, but..." Ichi's form changed suddenly, shifting quickly into Ni and doing the same knuckle-and-neck cracking he had done before. "Looks like the only thing I can do to even face ya is be 'two'. Sorry 'bout that."

(By the way, in case you're curious, Ichi is the scaredy-cat type and Ni is the reckless type. Just thought that might be important.)

Ni grinned, winking mischievously at the fallen angel and holding a finger to his lips. "Shh...don't tell anybody. Wouldn't want anyone to know that 'one' is weaker willed than 'two'," he mock whispered, referring to himself and Ichi as numbers. "And, I've been wondering for a while, but what's wrong with your arm? Is that a side effect or something?"

Nodding, Ni started to look quite bored, staring off into the space behind Connor. "Ah, that makes sense," he said, glancing back at the clock to see what time it was. Less than fifteen minutes before school started. "Dang it...I haven't even eaten breakfast yet or put on my eyelin--" He stopped speaking, turning slowly towards Connor to see if he had caught anything he'd just or was about to say. Oops...

Sighing in both relief and embarrassment, the male noticed Connor flinching, deciding against asking anything more about it. "Right...well, anyway, we should probably get to the school building before classes start," Ni stated, absently gesturing towards his clock while stepping back into the dorm as if to get something.

"See ya," he called after Connor, turning around so he could face the room. In his dorm, Ni immediately got to work grabbing what he needed: Eyeliner (so he could put it on later), mascara (same thing), his shoes, keys, and a large lollipop (breakfast). By the time he was done, not much time had passed, but he still rushed outside and almost forgot to lock his door behind him, cursing under his breath and doing just that. Stupid doors...

Ni was too distracted in the rush to notice the mysterious black-haired teenager on top of the dorms, quickly running from his own room until he was out of the building and halfway toward the entrance of the school. Panting lightly, the male stopped and swiftly unwrapped his lollipop, starting to eat it in a slow (yet effectively mobile) manner. This is why I live, he thought absently, beginning to move again while eating at the same time.

A slight sound caused Ni to stop in his tracks, eyes trailing behind him to see a large, strangely shaped shadow. Were those...wings? There was no way wings could be that large...unless... The male version of Futago turned and slowly looked up, spotting the black-haired, winged male sitting on the dorm building. He gaped for a moment, shaking his head in disbelief. Is that...Connor? He looks upset...and much different...

Watching the male carefully and seeing him dissolve away, Ni couldn't help but feel a twinge of pity and shock, reluctantly continuing to walk in the direction of the school building while still eating his lollipop. Reaching the steps, the teen began to climb them, entering and heading in the general direction his homeroom was (being here for a week, he knew his classes pretty well). Soon enough, Ni made it to his first class a bit late, not seeming to care much as he sat down in the nearest desk and ate at the same time.

(So...what are the homerooms? All the same or just random?)

Ni sat in the desk with his feet on the chair, practically hugging his knees while a thought continuously ran through his mind: I wish I could go to the bathroom to put on this eye makeup. The male loved to put makeup around his eyes, despite already having pretty thick eyelashes. It was more of a hobby than anything, though, and he was rarely seen without it...except now, where he was quickly licking his lollipop in defiance.

An introduction sounds fun, Ni thought, absently licking his lollipop as if he had not noticed the teacher standing in the room. Age should be easy...but I wonder if I should give my nicknames. He stared blankly at the wall, thinking about it while spacing out.

Staring toward the front of the room, Ni hardly seemed to be paying attention to the class' introductions, grey eyes only adding to the effect that he was waiting for it to get over with. The only thing that hinted he wasn't completely spaced out was his 'breakfast', paid close attention to and halfway finished.

By the time half of the introductions were done, Ni looked like he was nearly asleep, eyes partway closed and lollipop (now reduced to little of its size) resting lazily in his hand. Frankly, he didn't really care about anything that was going on, not even the inevitable self-introduction or the teacher's eyes that had probably passed over him a few times already. Not raising my hand...just let it happen...

"..." The moment had come, but Ni was still slightly distracted, not noticing what was happening until someone looked back at him. Oh, my turn, I guess. Blinking, the male slowly raised his hand, deciding against standing up and introducing himself without permission first.

(And now I can finally post. c: By the way, I don't usually make posts this long...>.> So ya probably shouldn't expect much...)

"..." Great. Just like usual, Shizuka had woken up late. Of course, this wasn't strange or anything...being the Deity of Silence, it was nearly impossible to get out of a silent trance, and sleep was as silent as any. He couldn't really help that...it also made it hard to get to school on time, especially with the broken alarm clock he'd found last year (didn't help any; he'd 'accidentally' set a silence barrier around it every morning). And it wasn't like he could ask his roommate for any help, either...after all, not being able to speak made communication without paper extremely difficult. It didn't look like she was anywhere around, anyway. Oh, well. Not like I care.
Getting up from his bed, the male stretched slowly, walking to the place where he kept his clothes and choosing an outfit. Thinking back on it, he couldn't remember if this school required uniforms, but he doubt it really mattered, and it's not like he was going to change his mind at this point. I'll get in trouble later, he decided, dismissing it. He quickly changed his clothes, using the bathroom instead of the actual dorm in case someone suddenly popped in (him being 'shy' had something to do with this). Yawning silently, Shizuka glanced at the nearest clock, realizing that he had no idea when class started. Hmm...I probably should go search for my schedule again...

After a few long minutes of searching for his schedule, Shizuka found that he had, indeed, lost it indefinitely, not finding it in the room anywhere (even in the trash can or the sacred bathroom). Letting out a silent sigh, the boy decided that he'd have to go out to find his schedule, which probably meant he'd have to find the office. Perfect. Just what he needed: To get lost. Oh, well. Grabbing his shoes, a pencil, and a few sheets of paper, Shizuka left the dorm, heading down the hallway and looking around for any signs (not that he'd really see any, of course) or helpful-looking people. This will only take a few minutes, Shizuka...don't panic...
