"I guess so." The she-cat blinked, and gazed around the bamboo forest. "I'd suggest close to the water. After all, on a day like this, prey will be dehydrated easily."

The she-cat swiftly followed, her feet carrying her across the terrain with sure and silent footsteps.
Scilicet groomed his long fur free of debris and other miscellaneous items. Feeling embarrassed as he tugged yet another small piece of bamboo out of his fur, he sneezed.
-
Twitchtail basked in the sun, the silvery grey fur on his ageing muzzle glinting noticeably. It was becoming apparent he was growing frail.
-
Foresteyes nodded in acceptance, and inhaled the air. The wet earth dampened her acute senses in only the slightest manner, and she set off, her tail swishing to a fro. Rodent scent filled her nostrils, and she gazed around in silence.
-
Bellus was immediately on her paws and over to the kit. "Are you okay, darling?" The mother-like she cat's beautiful baby blue gaze sparked with worry.
-
The Zodiac Guardian glanced around, his long goat-like fur refusing to untangle. He decided to leave it, sighing. Scilicet then decided to think over some random stuff.
The she-cat pounced on her prey after some silent stalking, and killed it swiftly. She picked up the rodent and returned to the tom.
-
Foresteyes returned the nod in silence, and made her way after the scent of vole. Embarrassment made her ears burn. Determined to even out their catches, the she-cat crouched to keep low with the new bamboo shoots. Her tail curled around her back leg, and she kept her green gaze on target.

OOC: Awesome .D.
IC:
Foresteyes, being competitive and determined behind her shy and cold exterior, was doing quite well. She had caught the vole successfully, as well as another mouse. She had almost missed it though, after a panda lumbered noisily not too far off. Grunting, she scraped the fallen bamboo leaves over her second catch, and scoured the forest of shoots for one last item of prey.
Scilicet yawned lazily. Being a typical restless young cat, he decided to take a stroll. Leisurely walks always eased himself and filled his mind with relaxing thoughts. -
-
"Okay." The she-cat gave up the small 'competition' and picked up her prey without another word. The she-cat turned and readied to follow him back to camp.
-
Foresteyes also broke into a run, keeping a steady pace with the tom as he entered camp. "What's going on?" Being a newcomer, the festivals here were unusual to her, and she had no idea really about them.
-
"Oh. Ehm...?" The she-cat, now around many others, was quiet and self-concious now. "How do you celebrate that?"
-
"Oh...? Sounds...fun." The she-cat watched him create the lantern with interest.
Scilicet began to bend some sticks and such into a beautiful cylinder frame. He then began to attach leaves to his 'creation' with bright eyes.
The cook let out a smile. Autumn moon- an old favourite. She blinked her large, baby blue eyes, and disappeared into a clump of bamboo.
-
The she-cat perked one ear in interest. "How?" She sat down with a plonk on the dust, her head tilted. Her tail wrapped neatly over her paws as she ran her gaze over the startings of his lantern
-
Foresteyes began to bend the sticks and such in place as he did, and was a little startled as Nimble appeared out of nowhere.
-
Woah. Not been here in a while {{I'm sorry ;n;}} Bump.~
-
Foresteyes blinked at Eagle Screech, but didn't say anything. She focused then on his lantern that we was busily working at. Copying his way of doing things, she smiled as creative flow flooded into her. She then began to bend the sticks in different ways to create a different shape to his.
-
Foresteyes worked intently on her lantern, not noticing Eagle Screech's supervision. Her lantern had taken up a spherical shape, and, once it was done, she stepped back, tilting her head to compare it to his. "I've done this wrong, haven't I?" She let out an amused chuckle.
Scilicet trotted over with his lantern dangling from his jaws. The guardian tom brushed his brown, black and white pelt with his sister's, before going to check on Bellus.
-
Foresteyes dropped her voice to a quiet murmur that the Emperor and his mate couldn't hear. "Sappy, no?" Her voice showed no signs of real meaning, her tone laced with an amused purr.
Bellus was frantically working at bits of prey. Being the only Cook, she was feeling under pressure. Where were the damned chiefs when you needed them? She flicked her beautiful grey ears as Scilicet approached.
"Need help?"
"No."
"Sure?"
"Yeah. Go and have fun, I've got this covered." The she-cat fluffed out her long, soft fur and continued her work.
"'Kay."
