Lethalstar noticed a beehive was the source of the buzzing but she decided that that was for another day. She went back to camp and settled down at her favorite spot, the High Rock. She observed her clan and flicked her tail, satisfied with their hard work.

You look to Forestar as if he is the one that is going to choose regardless of our thoughts, but yet, I believe Forestar is one of the best leaders a clan could ever have, and a good leader listens to the collective opinions of the clan. And yes, Forestar has the COMPLETE final decision, so go ahead shut the rest of the clan out. But just remember that for an alliance to work, both clans must trust and respect the other, and right now, I don't believe the clan is feeling a lot of respect from you." She said as calmly as she could. She did not mind being scolded by her deputy for what she said, because she said it. And she thought she said it well.

She gently placed the kit down amongst the queens before exiting and heading back toward the Medicine Cat's den.
