Icekit pelted off from her den as tears blinded her. Oh why did mother and father have to die and not me?! She thought to herself as she hid mewling quietly alone.

Icekit sniffed, "But my parents and brothers and sisters are gone tho." She mewed quietly looking up at the queen with clear jade eyes that had tears still coming.

Coalfur sighed as she licked her coal black pelt watching her brother and his apprentice. I wonder when I'll get an apprentice. She thought to herself.

Coalfur purred looking at her. "Well hello there. I'll be your mentor if you want." She offered.

Icekit managed a small purr. "Thanks." She sniffled then curled up kinda cold despite her black pelt. She looked up at the tom curiously then she sneezed.

"I'm Icekit, my mother named me after her older sister who's name was Icetalon." She mewed softly.

She licked her paw. "Do you want to start now?" She meowed.

She shrugged curling up against the she-cat falling asleep.

Icekit purred glad to be with another cat after days of running.

She purred putting her paw on the young she-cat's tail. "Please calm down your kinda bringing back some... not so good memories." She meowed sadly.

Other:travels with a black female with jade eyes who is his sister, the male is of the light while the female is of the dark

(lol that's ok we all have times like that & it doesn't matter flare would possibly be better for Jackson since he's of the light & thanks)

Jackson followed the scent of the smoke with his sister, him standing out more than her. Hmmm... I wonder where the smoke is coming from.

A black she-wolf yelped leaping back into a pure white male wolf who tried to move out of the way but they ended up tangled up. "Gah how about get off me Salyssara your hurting me." He crawled away then turned to meet Flare's eyes. "Oh, well hello there." He barked.

"I'm Jackson a wolf of the light this is my sister Shadow who ironically is of the darkness. Sorry if we woke you." Said the pure white wolf as his fur seemed to glow as he watched her. The black she-wolf nodded a greeting then went off to hunt.

He smiled as well. "I think that's cool."

Jackson laughed softly then sighed. "Just looking for somewhere to rest with my sister. Our pack was killed by a rival pack since our parents were mixtures."

He smiled. "That would be great." Salyssara came back dropping two rabbits between them one for each as her skinny body showed through her thick fur.

She shrugged sliding one to her brother and the other to flame then she went to a rock in the shadows laying down as her bones showed through her fur. Jackson sighed.

Salyssara looked at the prey they away unable to eat. "She lost her tongue when she was a pup she doesn't eat much that's why she's so thin." Jackson spoke softly.
