"W-w-what? i thought you ran away." She said shocked.

FeatherFur stood next to TanEars looking over the cliff. She studied every rock, gap and shadow ot the bottom. "CloudFall are you there?!" She yelled. she cant be dead!

LeopardHeart stared at him with wide eyes. "I-I-I cant b-betray my clan." With every word she felt like she was choking. The she-cat gazed at weedWhisker, her eyes full of love and sorrow. "I just dont know what to do!" she mewed.

FeatherFur kept looking. After a while she leaped off the cliff aiming to land on a ledge hanging off the side. But her footing was off and she slipped and grabed the edge of the leadge with her front claws. StarClan save me! she though panicly. She struggled to get up and was too shocked to call for help. Oh no!!

"Thanks!" She gasped. Now that they were on a lower ledge she jumped from one to another until she was on the bottom. "Come down so we can look for her!" FeatherFur called to TanEars. She scented the air.

"I want to be with you WeedWhisker, but i cant betray my clan." she murmured. LeopardHeart gazed at the tom thinking. "you were good at catching that mouse right? What if you join ThunderClan?!" the she-cat mewed excitedly.

FeatherFur bolted forward. "You found her!" She cried. The she-cat ran forward and stood next to her friend. "Are you okay? Do you need a medcine cat or something?" she asked.

The sadness inside of LeopardHeart was overwhelming! Dont go !I Want to be with you! She wanted to wail like a kit. But she knew he was right: That its not meant to be. She looked at her mother, hoping for something to make the she-cat feel better. Tears welled up in her eyes and she started running. She ran past WeedWhisker not knowing where she was going, until she tripped on a abandoned fox den At last she hoped it was abandoned. LeopardHeart crawled in and buried her nose in her fur.

"Okay good," FeatherFur mewed. She has never been more scared in her life! "I'll go catch you some prey" She said padding off.

LeopardHeart looked up with tears in her eyes.

"okay." She mewed. Hopefully we wont have to fend for ourselves too long. She thought to herself. FeatherFur lifted her nose and caught the scent of a thrush and plunged into the under growth.

FeatherFur stopped stalking the thrush when she saw a river. this will be easier. she thought. I an in RiverClan after all. She sat down and shot her paw out to catch fish.

OwlFoot's ears pricked. "DaisyStare?" He called out. Then he smelt smoke. "Oh no!" He ran off choking on smoke as it got thicker and thicker. He barely even noticed when he steped on a burning branch, he needed to find DaisyStare! Then he froze. The tom saw everythng. The tree, the fire and the limp body of daisyStare. He ran and grabbed her scruff in his jaws and started pulling. It took all his strenght but he finally dragged her out and brought her to a clearing.

Once FeatherFur caught a good amount of fish, she started heading off towards CloudFall. "Heres some fish," she mewed. "Help yourself." She went to the bottom of the cliff to see if there was a way they could get up and back to their clans. Ugh none of us will be able to jump that high. she thought in despair as she reliezed how high up the first ledge was.

"What?" she asked.

She turned to where he was looking. "Oh yeah! We can climb to the highest branch and jump up the ledges!" she mewed excitedly. "But we should wait till CloudFall is stronger." she added more quietly. She new CloudFall wouldnt want to be the reason to stay for a little longer.

FeatherFur nodded and padded to their little fresh kill pile and took one of the fish. She lied down on her own to eat.

IC: FeatherFur finished her prey and stood up. "Well im going to go sleep." She said. "This day has been very stressful." She padded off to a patch of sunlight and layed down.

OwlFoot lie in the clearing breathing heavily. THe smoke muffled his sences until it was unbearable. Yet he was so dozed and burnt he couldnt move. "DaisyStare?" He coughed.
