Have you ever nick-named the pokemon you catch after people you know?

"Is.... something wrong?" Emma asked.

Most of the time i don't name my pokemon at all, but sometimes i name them after people or i give them stupid or funny names. I had 2 ratata and i named them Rap Rat and Rap Rat Jr. Then i put them in the pc and never really thought about them again.

Emma tilted her head to the side in confusion and curiousity.

"Let's go," Treecko said. Aura and White Moon obviously didn't want to talk about what was bothering them.

"Visit?" Emma asked. "Visit who?"

Even Treecko had become curious now.

Moxie was silent.

"Whoa! You used to live here?" Emma said.

I had a friend who used action replay on EVERYTHING. He was so annoying cuz he would brag about all his stupid rare pokemon and he was all like "My Darkrai will kill you!" and crap like that. So we called him Cheater Girl, like Cheetah Girl. Then he got mad and finally shut up.

Wow............. just wow.

It sounds like he mixed Pokemon and Animal Crossing together...

"Caught?" all three pokemon said simutaneously.

"But you don't have a trainer now," Moxie stated.

The only set that I have both versions of is leaf green/fire red. I only have one each of other sets.

"That's aweful!" Emma said in shock.

I posted that comment in response to "Do you read pokemon adventure manga?" For some reason it didn't show up until you all started talking about something else. I don't know why that happened.

I own at least one version of every handheld pokemon game, plus Colleseum, Gale of Darkness, and the first pokepark.

Is the second pokepark game any good?

Emma was more sympathetic. "It must have been terrible. We don't have to stay in this city long if you don't want to."

I've never been much of a manga reader, but i sure wish i could draw it!

"Torch?" Emma asked. "Who's that?"

Write up your appeal for the first performance round. I will choose the best ones and they will procede to the next round. Because there is no real way to have a fair battle round, this contest will be completely based on appeals.

For the first round, use two pokemon for your appeal. If you make it to round two, it will be a one pokemon performance. I'm undecided on the final round as for now.

First round appeals are due by July 8th. 7/8/12

The only rules are: NO LEGENDARIES! And be unique and creative, but nothing way over the top unrealistic.

I want to get at least 10 people's appeals for the first round. If there aren't 10 or more by July 8th, then I will either cancel the thread or prolong the due date depending on how close we are to 10.

Your prize for winning? Bragging rights. lol
