Darkclaws lied in his soggy, damp, nest for quiet awhile. he finally got up and shook his damp, soggy, fur. "May I Help You, Cindersoul?" he offered. wanting to do something to get out of his damp, soggy, nest. he stalked over to her.

Without waiting for an answer, he races off to get sticks to help Cindersoul. he wanted to do something, to get out of his damp nest. Running at a fast pace, his hind legs start to stiffen, like stone, It must be from my soggy nest he thought. he stops to catch his breath, and continues to run.

While Darkclaws was getting sticks, something on the corner of his eye caught his attention. Dropping all of his sticks, he decides to check it out. Walking over to the left side, he takes every step with caution. what if it's a intruder? he wondered curiously. Though, he also wondered if he should tell someone before wondering off alone.

Darkclaws finally wondered Off Into The Forest.

What if it is an intruder?

Darkclaws stalked into the forest, one careful step at a time. it feels as if every step he took, he felt as if he was getting closer. All of the sudden, he felt a rush of wind, a very cold breeze. He turns every way. He lifts his head, and he smells scents he has never smelled before. He backs away, slowly, until something clawed his back, and swiped him, knocking the air out of him. he lands on the grass, lying there motionless.

    Was it a intruder?

Darkclaws watched the battle, feeling useless. couldn't move, and can barely breathe. He watched as the very, brave, she-cat pinned the helpless Rogue. he managed to screech out some words.
"Errr...Yes....without you I'd be crowfood right about now..." He began to get up. His legs beginning to shake. Feeling as if he's going to collapse any moment. He thanked Cindersoul with a soft, lick on her ear. "Why don't we get out of here, before any more unfortunate events happen?" he asked.

Darkclaws stared at the water rushing through the camp. He stared in horror at the water. Why Starclan?! he yowled in fear, his thoughts getting to him. was it Starclan!? or a completely random unfortunate event? he thought with horror and fear welling up inside of his body. he glanced at Cindersoul sighing. "What has happened? this is awful.....what about all the other warriors....and everyone? have they hopefully found dry ground? are they being swept under the river? are they drowning?" all of his fear and worry made him question everything. Darkclaws sighed, and carried on glancing at the water sweeping up everything.

Darkclaws was sitting on the branch not knowing what to do. he looked at Cindersoul "Where is Brokenjaw?" he meowed trying to sound calm. but he was worried for both of his friends. seeing the pressure Cindersoul was under he went after her, and licked her bloody ear.

Darkclaws saw Cindersoul jump into the water, he sighed, he knew there'd be a chance he wouldn't come back. but he'd take that chance. his muscles tensed up, ready to jump after Cindersoul, he jumped off into the water, he knew he couldn't swim, but he'd try to get his friend up to a safe surface. he saw Cindersoul in the water, and he knew after a amount of time he'd get exhausted. he forced his body to go against the river. he caught up to Cindersoul and grasped her scruff by his jaws. it was already hard enough to keep his body up by himself, but now he has an extra body he is carrying. he padded up to a tree I cannot climb that with Cindersoul in my mouth!!!! he thought, he sighed, and his claws unsheathed he clawed the tree, and one paw by one, he made it up to a branch, he lied Cindersoul's body onto the thick branch, he finally tried to get his friend to cough up some water. he was soaking wet and exhausted.

    can anything else get worse!?

Darkclaws glanced at Cindersoul and meowed, "you're welcome." He sighed, very exhausted, but could not sleep at all. Not comfortable at all, he lies down beside of Cindersoul. He closed his eyes, trying to relax himself. But all he could think about would be the water rushing below his exhausted, aching, body.
He sighed, and he fell asleep finally.

Darkclaws went a long way to find some twigs, though he has been traveling for awhile, his hind legs began to stiffen. as if they were transforming into rocks. He felt exhausted. He grasped some twigs and padded on forward back to Camp.

Darkclaws padded over to Cindersoul and greeted her with the flick of his tail and dropped the twigs beside her. "Here you go. I also caught a couple of voles if you are interested." he said with two voles in his mouth. he padded over to the food pile and dropped his voles. he padded into the warriors den and lied down and closed his eyes.

Darkclaws suddenly opened his eyes, not wanting to wake up, slowly flickering his eyes open. he got up, stretching his hind legs and front legs, with a big yawn that showed his big sharp teeth, he closed his mouth, and padded out of the warriors den, he saw Cindersoul, he could tell something was on her mind.
"Hi Cindersoul, everything good over here?" he questioned. "You seem like you have a lot on your mind, if you do not mind me asking, what is on your mind?"

Darkclaws Glared at Cindersoul in disbelief Something is on her mind that obviously I should not know...... Darkclaws sat there wondering I'll let her sort out those thoughts of her's.. Darkclaws sat there glancing into the sky.

Darkclaws kept wondering what was on Cindersoul's mind. Though he couldn't get the thought out of his mind if she was keeping a secret from him. He knew that something was not right. The way she didn't tell him anything. He walked around pacing back and forth. He thought he could use some fresh air to get Cindersoul out of his troubled mind. He padded out of the camp and into the forest. He sat down and opened his mouth to gather all the smells. He let out a long sigh. It has seem like it has been seasons since he has tasted the fresh air, prey scents. He felt free again. And stress free. He crouched down into a hunting pose once he smelled the fresh scent of vole. He opened his mouth and gathered the voles scent. He sprang forward at the vole, grasping it's neck and sinking his teeth into the vole.
He padded back to the camp with the tempting smell of vole.

Darkclaws padded back into the camp and padded over to the Fresh kill pile and placed his vole onto the fresh kill pile. He sensed that Cindersoul was near by. He sighed heavily and padded into the warriors den. He lied down, though, he couldn't close his eyes to sleep. Not even for one minute did he close his eyes. He suddenly felt tired and closed his eyes. He fell asleep forgetting all of his worries.

Darkclaws woke up with an uneasy feeling gripping his stomach. He padded outside and grasped a vole. He took three of four bites. before going back into the warriors den, he could scent Cindersoul not too far away from him. He sighed, and padded into the warriors den. He lied down staring at everything around him. He sighed.

Darkclaws lied there for it had seemed moons already. He couldn't stop thinking about Cindersoul and what she had seemed to refuse to talk about. He realized he shouldn't be mad at her. He also realized avoiding her wouldn't do any good either. He then thought of what the position she might be in right now. The secret that she is keeping from him, if she did tell him the secret, it could put her in a dangerous position. Though, he did not know if that secret was good or bad.

Just what is she keeping from me?

Darkclaws padded out of the warriors den and greeted Rosettesoul with the flick of his tail. He looked farther past her near the Camp Entrance and saw Cindersoul. "I Shall see you in a bit." he meowed. He thought sooner or later he'd have to talk to Cindersoul. He padded up to her and greeted her with the flick of his tail. "Hello, Cindersoul." He Meowed.
