midnightmist, gently padded into sun from her resting place under the oak tree. stretching her limbs felt nice.

a she cat swiftly runs into camp breathless from her run " help shadow clans attacking...!"

wind blew on its steady course through the tree's. A fresh layer of snow had fallen that morning. Warpaw stretched then padded over to the fresh kill pile.

Jaylee quickly rolled over pinning the tom! leaping off him she sprinted through the trees for help. just to be pursued by the tom blizzard, and to other toms.

the cats ran from their cave. Three older toms ran to the kits, picking them up by their baby fur they carried them to the safety of the cave. the breathless she cat fell from loss of breath.

another she cat burst from the bushes leaping to jaylees aid.The she was named mousefur. Mousefur ran right into blizzard just to be pounced on by the other toms

mousefur watch as jaylee collapsed down on the ground. confused mousefur shrieked "hurry up the tome is going to take you for a mate!'' but it was to late. mousefur was brought down by the strongest of the two toms. his fowl breath entered her nostrils making her gag. Shutting her eyes for a few seconds then open them, seeing a massive paw coming swiftly down to her throat

warpaw acknowledged featherflight with a nod. Grabbing a fresh healthy vole warpaw made his way to a large rock were Woonpaw sat. " moonpaw care to share a vole?'' Moonpaw accepted and Warpaw gently set the vole next to moonpaw. Warpaw finish his half, jumped to his feet and loped to the forest.

heartwing a white she cat ran as fast as her paws could carry her! " help! help!" heartwing stopped dead in her tracks. A few tail lengths away was the sliver tabby kit mistkit, her leg trapped under a branch. more small pleads came from the helpless kit. heartwing race back to the kit pushing the branch off. Then in a heart beat, shielded the kit with her body just as a mountain of snow smashed them!

Heartwing felt cold and warm but couldn't remember why. Then her paws felt as if they were on fire. Suddenly it all came back!

the shy kit merrykit had fallowed his mother mousefur out of camp that morning. merrykit new his mother was to occupied with hunting to notice him. creeping low behind a sweet smelling rose bush,"run!" the voice sounded like his mother.
