1 long blast: silence/alert/listen for the next signal
A succession of long, slow blasts: go out/ get farther away or advance/extend/scatter

Agent-in-Charge: This is the head spy. He/she is responsible for directing, planning, and organizing the mission. All team members report to him/her.
Stealth Master: This is a small, quiet person who can sneak into tight place and generally move around unnoticed. It also helps if he/she is a master of disguise, and an illusionist, able to use card and magic tricks for purposes of distraction.
Scout: this is the person who scopes out the physical landscape to see if it's safe for the rest of te team to move in. He/she goes ahead of the team when they are out in the field, and no one moves wothout a signal from him/her. He/she should have excellent eyesight and hearing and should be an expert on geography and the outdoors.
Doctors: these are the people who help others when they are hurt. He/she should be trained in CPR and first aid and certified for a nurse/doctor.
Tracker: this person acts as the "trigger," the spy whose job it is to monitor the target of investigation. He/she tracks and observes the suspect's actions fand alerts the rest of the team when the suspect is in range.
Techie: This is the group's technology maven. He/she knows about computers, tools, and gadgets, from using them, to fixing them, to creating new ones. He/she is the one who draws up any maps, plans, or charts, and also notes about the mission.
Wheel Artist: This is the person who organizes the getaway, or who can use his/her wheels to accomplish any stealth maneuver. If he/she can drive, that's great, but he/she doesn't have to be commandeering a car. The wheels can be anything that gets your spy team out of the field in a timely manner. He/she can oversee a fleet of scooters, ride another spy to safety on his/her bike, or even accomplish a sensitive mission lightning-quick on his/her skateboard or roller skates.
Social Engineer: This person is brave, chatty, outgoing, and able to interact with suspects and others to extract informaion. He/she can be on the public face of the team while other team members gather evidence or preform surveillance, using him/her considerable social skills to both distract and engage.
