Mintwhisker yawned, stretching her paws in front of her. "I'm coming then." She shook, ruffling her pelt, then with a flick of her tail, she trotted over to join her apprentice Owlpaw.

Mintwhisker ran after her patrol. She shoved Owlpaw to the side, laughing and running ahead. She dodged the trees and skidded under fallen logs, trampling the grass underpaw. "Try and catch me now!" She yowled across her shoulder.
