Apple sat in the back of her cage with her hood covering her face as she tried to get some shut-eye.

Essence didn't move. She just looked up at Hawk as she slid across the floor.

Essence shrieked and rubbed her arm, though the pain was all through her body, numbing her joints and buzzing in her chest. "What kind of dark magic was that? I was moving!" Essence got up and bolted to his side.

Apple woke with a start from a nightmare like she always had in this cage. She hadn't been bought for the week or so she spent here. She runs her gloved finger across the apple shape engraved on her ebony collar. She smirks as she remembers all the freedom she forgot to formally enjoy before she was taken to the market.

"This your place? I really like it. It's beautiful," she said, it was beautiful. She didn't have to be negative all the time because she was now a slave. He probably really needed a slave for something important.

Apple sighed and let her arms hang down. She was hanging upside down in her cage with her legs stuck in the bars above her. She watched the other nekos and guards with mild interest.

Stiletto pulled her bow from the case and closed it slowly with a click. She couldn't wait to test it out! It had taken ages to tweak the aim, but Crescent came to help. Stiletto had left the shop in shambles after searching for an empty case. The range was quiet now, but she knee they would be showing up anytime soon.
