Stripedtail was standing in the middle of nowhere when just a second ago she was hunting with her friends. She is puzzled so Stripedtail yelped out, " Hello!" But nobody answered her. All of a sudden Riley realized that his family was gone. They got killed by a flood but he could not believe it. It didn't seem real to Riley and he hoped that it was just a dream. Then,as if it was a miracle another wolf came by and greeted Riley with a friendly nod.

"Hi" Riley said being very shy.

" I'm Riley." He said being very sincere. " What are you doing over here?" Riley asked sounding very curious.

" Really?" He was very surprised that his family wasn't the only one. "That happened to mine too! Want to make our own pack?"

"Alright. Do you want to go hunting for food with me?" He asked

"Ok let's go!" Riley started running around trying to find prey.

Riley got jealous that she caught prey and he hasn't yet so he looked as hard as he could everywhere and saw a rabbit. He started to sneak up behind it and then when he was close enough Riley pounced on it and bit into the neck.
