Silversplash heard the kit's wail and jumped out of the bushes. Her intense violet eyes darted from place to place. Silversplash spotted the kit and heaved her out with her long tail. Who's laughing at my long tail now!, she thought.

Lotusblossom heard rustling in the bushes. her grass green eyes spotted a cat. Lotusflower blew a black strand of fur from her face and stepped out into the open. "Who are you?" he was very handsome. He would DEFINATELY make a good mate.

Lotusflower's eyes glowed. He was better looking up close and his voice sounded like bells.

Lotusflower saw a shape in a nearby clearing. She couldn't made it out because of the fog though. Lotusflower saw another shape in the river. This can't be good. "We're being watched!" she hissed.

Lotusflower paused. she blinked with confusion.

Lotusflower growled under her breath. She knew what was going on. Lotusflower stormed off into the bushes. She stopped. Lotusflower would watch.

Then, she turned around. Forget about it .She went to find a mate.

Alone by a river stands Lotusflower, a black she-cat with green eyes, in need of a mate. Everyone turns her down. She thought it was because of her eyes, green like puke. Or her fur, black like mud. Or because black cats bring bad luck. Lotusflower stared out into the darkness, listening to the hoot of owls. It began to rain and she soon got drenched. Forgotten, abandened.

"Again? I thought you'd never come back. What about dawnflower. You still "friends" with her?" Lotusflower huffed.

"Really?" Lotusflowers eyes brightened.Maybe this cat DID like me. ,she thought. "So Hawkshredder,wanna be mates? if yes are you in a clan or a rouge?"

"So, clan-cat or rouge? I'm a loner, i sure need somewhere to live." The weight of water on her back weighed her down. Lotusflower callapsed on the ground. Lichenbreeze was always telling her to stay out of the rain that she'd catch her death.

History(Not needed):Silversplash was the runt of the litter but her tail reached higher than a warrior's head. She has saved many kits that have fallen in the river with her long tail. When a kit needs help, they always yell for her.

Silversplash, a queen, walked up to the kitten, "I'll take you in, little one. My kits haven't been born yet." she said. Silversplash licked the kit between its ears.

"Don't know yet," she told Riverstorm."What's your name?" Silversplash asked the kit.

"Your welcome," Silversplash said in a soothing voice. "Are you a member of a nearby clan? I could bring you home."

"Of course dew, I'll be your mother. Let's go get you some water," Silversplash mewed. She led her new kit to a puddle outside the nursury. "Drink," Silversplash ordered,"It's been very humid the past few days. make sure your nice and hydrated."
