ooc: ambrosia is at the infirmary
ic: She whistled and her pegasi landed. He kneeled down for her to get on. She slipped onto his back and he stood up. He walked to the infirmary with her and put her down.

"This is Cloud. She was being chased and I found her unconscious in the river."

ooc: Aspen
ic: Aspen was taken into the infirmary. They treated it and after about half an hour she came out. Somewhat angry."No battle training, no archery, just resting. I can barely sleep at the minimum!" she muttered, storming into the Athena cabin.

She picked up her bow and threw her quiver over her shoulder. She slammed the door behind her and headed for the archery range.

She nudged the little foal forward and brought her into the valley. She lay down underneath a willow tree with her.

She reached the archery range and pulled an arrow from her quiver. She put it in her bow and pulled back. She winced as her cut began to open. She ignored it and let the arrow fly. It hit the target and did the same with the next 4 targets. Each time her cut opened even more. On the final target she noticed a stream of red flowing from her shoulder."Aww crap."she cursed. She headed for the infirmary, nearly tripping over Chase. She looked down and grabbed him. She dragged him into the infirmary and put him on a bed. She sat down in the spot next to his. The nurse came and gave her a look as though to say,"You never learn do you?" She soaked a cloth in warm water and wiped away the blood. She numbed her arm with a herb and took a special needle and thread. Aspen looked away as she stitched her shoulder. The nurse finished and said,"You are confined to the infirmary for four days." Aspen rolled her eyes and scoffed. She fell back on her bed and stared at the ceiling.

She looked through the this curtain that separated them. "I guess we should have both been more careful." she joked.

Aspen groaned."I hate this stupid place. It smells like antiseptic and herbs. I would much rather have my pegasi treat me in the barn. They don't even have apposable thumbs and its better than this!"

"Ya, all I need is a lollipop."

"Where in the name of olympus did that come from?" Aspen said, befuddled of how the cooler got there.

Aspen sighed."This place is just a safehouse. I don't understand why they want to keep us safe. What are we for?"

Aspen sighed."Well, I certainly have no idea why I would be of any use to them." she muttered.

"Well, I haven't ever seen my mother, my step mom hates me and my dad is always working. I come here to get away. I guess this place is better than home."

"How so?"

"I hate push ups. I'm not so much arm strength, more core."she said.
(time skip to out of infirmary)

Aspen sat on the beach, flinging arrows at the barrier and watching them come straight back.

Kestrel wandered the dank halls of 13. Her shoes clanking on the metal floor. It was cold. She wished she was at home in 8, but it was a warzone now.

Aspen got up and walked to the barn and got out Dusk Wind and Feather. As well as another pegasi, Faolan. She brought the three outside and over to Adriane and Chase."Ready for flight lessons?"she asked.

"Well, you still haven't had your first flying lesson as a newbie. So, all of us are going flying." She held the pegasi's reins."Pick one."she said. She brought the flaming one forward."This is Faolan. He's a real cutie." She brought brown and white one forward."This is Dusk Wind. I took you on a ride with him before." She brought the black one forward."This is Feather. She's super nice and easygoing. Perfect for new riders."
