He changes into a huge, baggy shirt and shorts, yawning as he sat brushing his hair.
"Hope Mina doesn't wake us up super early tomorrow."

After he braids his hair back, he grabs a book and lays beside her, propping himself up, one hand opening to book while his other arm wraps around her.

But in all seriousness, can I talk to you guys about something?

He murmurs something she doesn't catch, then pauses, whiskers quivering.
"Smell that? Mouse."

"I got this." He purrs, flashing her a smile before he disappeared into the forest.

A moment passes before he comes back with a pair of mice in his jaws, his eyes proud.
"There was a second one nearby."

He lays the larger of the two at her paws.
"Here."

He settled down beside her, digging into his mouse.
"You're welcome."

So...*shy fidgety Jay* The last few months I've realized my feelings for my best friend have been changing. We've known each other since we were in 3rd grade and started getting close in Jr. High/Middle School after our group of friends went through a rough patch and kinda shattered apart, after two of them dating ended badly (and by badly I mean fist fights). Since we started high school, we've talked about going off together after college, finding a place to live and her going to college while I worked.
I always figured that's how'd we be until one or both of us found someone and got married and gunk.
But recently, I've realized that I...don't want to be with anyone else. I've only seen her once since school let out in May and before then and since I'm just going nuts. Is this...normal best friend stuff or...am I falling/in love with my bestie? *sits down and sighs*
