I felt bad, since I had to unwantingly push him away, but I wanted him too. It was just my parents that were staring us dial like a wolf to a rabbit.

Back at home, I sat on the couch, hungrily scarfing down a burger. It was the third onei had eaten, but it was my last. I grew full, and leaned back into the couch. I looked up when my parents approached me.

My legs were a bit wobbly, but I could walk alone, nonetheless. I made my way sround the side of the house, cautiously stepping over a pile of shattered glass that was just below the broken window of my room. I did not look in, not wanting to remember that long, painful week that dragged by with claws of death. It was too painful to even think about. The mere thought made my cuts burn, as if they were going to reopen and bleed endlessly.
