Stifling a snort of laughter, Driftedkit glanced sideways at the canine form of Northkit and discarded the now-extremely-boring in favour of annoying his sister. "When was chewing ice ever something Mom told us it was alright to do?" It came out jokingly, but the seal point was actually quite interested in the she-wolf's current activity. Much more exciting than pretending that the freshkill's skeleton had reanimated.

"What... is... that?" Wary of the strange objects, Thranduil stared at Leo's tinkering with wide, scared eyes. Yes, the most sociopathic wildcat in the Clan was afraid of some metal. Great going.//NO. MUSE.

Thrandy eyed the bow-tied bunny rabbit with obvious caution, making sure to stay away from her as he settled to stand beside Host. Metal creeped him out. Anyway. The pale-furred cougar turned his attention to that of the maned wolf who was joining, and dipped his head in slight respect. "Welcome. My name is Thranduil." -

Metal. Thranduil hated metal. In fact, he was terrified of it. Just looking at its unnatural strength and cold, unfeeling colour made the pale-furred cougar feel sick. Just today he'd seen Leo's crazy tinkering skills, and the strange endoskeleton of a rabbit - after both experiences he'd been ready to retch. Why? Well, let's just say the elven mountain lion had been in some bad experiences with machinery. He wasn't ready to talk about it as he bent over on the outskirts of camp with a sick expression on his face. Ugh. -

Driftedkit looked up at the advisor as she arrived, recognising the female from a past thread or whatever. It was funny really, how the two where round about the same age yet held completely different positions. Awesome. The seal point kitten then sneezed as a random snowflake fell onto his nose, causing him to stagger backwards a few steps before snorting with laughter and glancing back at Americankit with a grin. "Nothing much. The snow's annoying me though." Driftedkit pawed at the white stuff and retracted from the cold almost immediately. "Does it always snow? Every day?" -

Late as always, Thranduil raised an eyebrow at the promotions and demotions before snorting and turning away back to the warriors' den. The names honestly meant nothing to him./NO. MUSE.

Exceedingly and unexcusibly late to posting, Thranduil glanced around at the gathered cats, wondering how he had attracted so much attention. Ah, nevermind. He was too busy totally freaking out. The shaky cougar straightened himself slightly, sitting up straight with an embarrassed flick of his tail. He couldn't allow for this to happen regularly. "Uh... nothing. Nothing at all. I just... I just have the opposite of a soft spot for... well. Metal."

He looked down briefly at Smokeykit, and attempted to hide his shaky demeanour. But, as always, everybody else had noticed. Thranduil then glanced at Leo, noting amusement in the tinkering warrior's gaze and raised an eyebrow. "I have some... history with stuff like that."

Meet and greets were fine, unless they involved an ounce of metal. Thranduil exited from the warrior's den and saw Bonny and Mangle. Together. In the same 3 metre radius. He really didn't care if they were generally nice people, but people made of metal, of all unholy things, was too much. Without a second to lose, the metallophobic cougar turned tail and ran rather dramatically into the marshland territory.scaredycat

He snorted playfully, rolling to his feet and padding towards Northkit. "So. You're a Dauntless." Driftedkit couldn't pretend that his sister's faction didn't bother him. After all, the factions were like mini-clans. Inside of clans. Or whatever. What mattered was that now there was an obvious line seperating them, even if they tried to ignore it. The seal point sighed, slumping his shoulders. "I guess I won't have a chance beating you in a fight," Driftedkit added jokingly. -
[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px; text-align: justify;][size=7pt]
"I guess that's good," he murmured absentmindedly, looking up at the falling white flakes of snow lazily. "So it's not always this cold?" Driftedkit glanced again at Americanpaw, a questioning expression upon his face. That would be good - it was freezing right now. -
[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px; text-align: justify;][size=7pt]
"Uh... Mom?" Driftedkit slowly approached his obviously distressed mother, light blue eyes narrowed with concern. The tiny seal point then stopped, wary of what was currently happening. "Are you okay?" -
[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px; text-align: justify;][size=7pt]
"Driftedkit Hayate. Nice to meet you!" A wide grin spread out across his features, the lanky seal point raised a joking eyebrow at Marginpaw. The tiny kitten halted, noting the little puddle of tears that soaked that ground in the apprentices' den. Ouch. "I don't think we've met before."
