Ajax did the same and his mouth dropped when he walked in and a plate was waiting for him. "My oh my! You didn't have to cook for me, sweetie-honey-dumpling-pie!" he teased but was surprised she cooked so fast. "But seriously looks delicious, Jessi." He said before biting into the burger and eating quickly.

"Hey! Ready to share?" he asked sitting down next to her brushing off his cargo shorts. He held up his sketch pads for her to look at. "You can look through mine first," he said softly blushing a deep shade of red. He didn't usually share his drawings, but he felt strangely at ease with Ruby. Like they were already close friends.

"Gosh, you make the best food I have ever had. Straight up, Jessi." He said continued to eat. "It doesn't hurt the cook is cute to boot," he teased elbowing her gently.

Ight. So. Wanna play ?s ? Like....whats ur fave kind of donut? He texted with a shrug.

"So what's on the agenda today, pretty boss lady?" he asked after he finished his burger and held out his hand for her plate also.

(I've decided he's a major flirt...lol)

Keanu sat at the table with the family and observed closely how they served themselves and such. He mirrored their actions, he closed his eyes and quietly said his own prayers within his mind, so as to not cause any harsh feelings towards himself or any un-comfort. "My lord if I may say so, your home is very nice. Very different than my own tribe's igloos. May I inquire as to how many rooms are within your home?" He asked gently afraid to disrespect the man.

"I seriously doubt that," he said honestly with a nod and held them out to her, still blushing a deep shade of red.

(This isn't seriously my fave song ever. My fave song ever is I Wanna Talk About Me by Toby Keith....I just...loved that song as a kid lol)

He sighed, "Maybe." He looked down at his hands, not wanting to see her reactions to his work. He felt like she was seeing straight through to his soul by looking at his sketches. His blush deepened as time went on. He was sure he could scramble eggs on his cheek, that was how hot it was.

He sighed and stood up. He did the dishes and then sat back down beside Jessi. "So...we barely know each other. Do you want to...err..talk?" He asked softly running a free hand through his hair.

He looked into her eyes as his widened. "Err...you really think so?" he whispered the blush still clinging to his cheeks.

"Alright...let's start with something simple. What is your favorite time of day?" He asked smiling looking into her eyes, his own dark blue ones twinkling with happiness. I am so happy to not be alone any longer. I thought I was the only one. And then out of nowhere like an angel, Jessi comes swooping in giving me hope for the future.

"T-Thanks," he said softly blushing and then coughed breaking eye contact his blush definitely visible through the russet brown coloring of his skin. "C-Can I look at yours?" he asked gently, looking back into her eyes for a brief moment.

Keanu was sprinting through the forest his back pack tied tight to his back as he sprinted. He saw a girl sitting on a tree stump and tried to come to a stop but before he could he tripped and tumbled landing on his back in front of her, the bare skin of his chest glimmering slightly from a slight sheen of sweat. "Ughh....," He groaned, looking up at her.

His mind flashed to the days spent in the lab, before shoving the horrible memories away. His only reprieve from the pain had been at night. "Night," he replies easily. "Your turn," he said softly smiling gently, still looking into her eyes.

"Jessi?" he asked softly confused as to what had happened. What did I say?

He gingerly opened the sketchbook taking in each picture with a soft gasp. They were amazing and innovative and imaginative. "Ruby...these are...whoa...I mean...the imagination you must have to be able to draw these, I wouldn't have come up with this in my wildest dreams. I draw what already exists and you draw what could. Really...this is the best sketchbook I have ever seen," he said softly taking in every stroke.

His eyes widened and then he smiled taking a deep breath. "Thanks for the tip, I'll definitely take note for future reference," he joked sitting up brushing his torso off, and his necklace bumped against his pecs as it settled itself again.
