Eastpaw moved her grey gaze towards the tom who challenged her. She shrugged, "oh i dont know.." she murmered, with a twitch of her whiskers. "Maybe dad.. " She shrugged again, "really everyone. Me and Crescentpaw lost our mom not too long ago." She steeled her gaze over to her brother, who was watching her intently. "We don't want anyone to go through that. The pain - " She was cut off by her brother.

"The pain of loosing a mother and family," Crescentpaw mewed as he padded closer. "So we are fighting for all the families, right sis?"

"RIGHT!" She purred loudly, rasping her tounge between his ears.

Bleh! Ppl disliking tea! *Scoffs* Well maybe not Wyyn, ive heard a few songs by The Killers played on the radio. I just really like Mr. Brightside XD

Eastpaw tilted her head, "well there wont be a warrior code if Bloodclan wipes us all out... " she murmered thoughtfully. "But anyways, me and my brother arent fighting for fun. We dont revel in killing." She turned away from the tom, thinking he was taking things wayy to seriously. Sure cats were going to die. But, cats would die even if they werent fighting for them.

Mintheart followed her gaze to the freshkill pile. She nodded, "yeah, i caught a vole and a thrush." She waved her tail at the trush she was still munching on. "But the real excitement was the huge rabbit that Pinpaw caught!"

Mintheart laughed lightly, so Sandpaw HAD seen Pinpaw drop his catch. Her whiskers twitching in amusement she sauntered over to the apprentice who had careened into her. "Heyo, whats your name anyways?" she asked in a friendly manner, sitting beside her. "Im Mintheart."

Thalia laughed loudly, "betray? How could little Thalia betray you?" She shrugged and stretched, letting out a yawn. "Nah, i wont do anything like that. Unless theres good reason too.. And as far as i know there wont be. And as for bodyguard. Ill prolly end up being one without your consent anyways!"

Mintheart watched the three apprentices and sighed inwardly. All her patrol had ended up doing was making other cats have friends.

Mintheart fidgeted, she had already said her name! "Mines, Mintheart," she purred lightly. "How was the mouse? Thats the one i caught. I hope it was excellent."

Mintheart purred in delight, she curled her tail around her paws. "Thats good," she mewed to Mistpaw. She glanced over at Pinpaw and Sandpaw, she didn't think she had seen love happen so quickly.

Thalia nodded, still slightly annoyed by it. She waved her tail, "its no big deal." She wondered if when she was old... Would she get annoyed if people asked her her age? It seemed really mundane - so mundane and trivial that she didn;t think she would get annoyed by it. But who knows. She cast her green gaze around the area, so this was going to be this little hotshots territory huh? It sure looked nice. She purred quietly to herself... "little hotshot".. that would be her name for him from now on.

Mintheart watched as Darknesskit walked away and felt slightly bad. The kit had been one of the few to actually show interest in her. And she remembered promising that shed catch something for Darknesskit to eat. With a sudden shock she realized the prey she had caught was all gone. She suddenly felt really bad. Shed apologize to Darknesskit sometime later.

Mintheart listened as Secretwhisper described his mate. She felt a warmth coming from him and decided that that was worry for the one he loved. She was really impressed by it and sortof felt overcome with emotion. She choked out, "I'll look around for her and be sure to tell you if i find her." She wondered if shed ever get a mate. She couldnt have been much younger than Secretwhisper. She got up and stretched, no time for a nap, she decided, walking off to search around.

"Aimless, wandering?" Mintheart mewed to Mistpaw, walking up beside her. Her whiskers twitched in amusement, "you should busy yourself with something productive." Wow, how hypocritical of me, she thought with remorse. She usually just spent her time lounging around.

Mintheart cast forlorn glance at the young tom, who was obviously down. "Whats the matter?" she asked him gently.
