Rainpaw saw the cat Slashingnight and opened his mouth to start talking, when suddenly, the whole clearing seemed to come alive with the scents and movements of the other cats. He snapped his jaws shut and whipped his head around while, unfurling his claws and letting his dark colored fur rise along his spine. Rainpaw said nothing, he just prepared himself to fight and defend.
"Wh- what's going on? Rainpaw? Smokesun? Wha--" Hyenapaw was startled by the snarling that seemed to erupt out of no where. He turned his yellow gaze to Rainpaw and attempted to mimic his brother's stance. Even with his fur fluffed out, the skinny, young tom still looked puny. What are we doing? I barely have had any fighting training at all! I don't even like fighting! Hyenapaw screamed at himself, fear flowing off of him in waves despite the brave face he wore on the outside.
-
Rainpaw nodded to the black she cat that had ran up beside him. When she raced off, the dark colored tom slipped closer to his brother so that their pelts were just touching. Hyenapaw smiled weakly. He was just a bit happier that his brother was closer to him just in case he needed him. Of course, the pale colored tom would never truly be the slightest bit alright with harming another cat.
Hyenapaw felt his legs tremble and his vision became blurry. "Don't panic just yet, Hyenapaw," the small tom was a bit taken back by the cold tone in his brother's voice as he spoke to him. "Just do what that she cat said and stay with me. Don't leave my side and try to do what I do," Rainpaw murmured to Hyenapaw, his claws digging into the ground and his eyes staring straight head. Hyenapaw nodded, took a quick glance at the cats around him, therefore he would know who not to attack, and readied himself for the unfamilar cats to come charging in at any second.

Songshine gave one last nod to Chimerapaw before she got to her paws and headed for the entrance. It was then that she noticed that she felt no pain in her previously injured paw. She smiled widely and bounced the last few pawsteps to the opening. "Thank you, seriously, Chimerapaw," she called over her shoulder before slipping out into the main clearing.
((Songshine out, unless she needs to do something else?))
-
Rainpaw and Hyenapaw stood side by side. So far no cat had attempted to attack them. Through the confusion of the fight it was hard to concentrate on a single cat. Finally, Rainpaw spotted one. A cat that he did not recognize was slinking over to a Tribe kit. The dark furred tom nudged his brother, and, together, they charged at Nimby. Hyenapaw was going to try and bat the BloodClanner's head, weakly, and Rainpaw aimed, teeth bared, at the intruder's shoulder. Too caught up in the heat of battle, the brother's had not realized the she cat lower her paw and continued to try and attack.
-
Hyenapaw felt fear practically devour him when the she cat turned and hissed at him and his brother. His ears were pinned to his skull and his glowing yellow eyes were wider than ever. "I'm so so so sooo, sorry! I--" he apologized awkwardly. Rainpaw gave him a sharp nudge and looked at Magickit, obviously telling him to protect it before turning his blue gaze back to Nimby. "I don't believe you, intruder!" he snarled, keeping his tail in front of Hyenapaw, signaling to him that he didn't want him to say anything else. "How do I know you, a BloodClanner, are telling the truth and weren't planning on stealing that kit!" Rainpaw demanded, raising his claws to Nimby, desperate to prove his loyalty to his new Tribe mates.
-
"It's all about betrayal - you should know, this Tribe's done it to Bloodclan before." Nimby said coldly, stepping in front of Magickit before Hyenapaw could reach her. "Maybe I'm an undercover spy for the Tribe? Or maybe I'm this kit's mother? Heck, maybe I'm thinking about swiping that look off your face right now!" Nimby didn't want to fight the two, but if it came down to that, she would.
Rainpaw growled again. That’s all he could do. He didn’t want to say anything, fearing that he might accidentally let something slip that he shouldn’t, specifically, the fact that he just joined that day and really wouldn’t know anything like the she cat said. After a long, uncertain pause, Rainpaw finally managed a response. “Then just leave the kit, we’ll take care of her,” he meowed, putting as much conviction as he could into his words.
Hyenapaw gasped audibly when Nimby leaped in front of him, barring him away from the kit. He tried to speak, but his throat was tight with fear and frustration. He looked over to his brother with a pleading expression in his yellow gaze. The light colored tom believed the she cat. Well, he didn’t believe that she was Magickit’s mother, but he did believe that she wasn’t there to hurt the kit. “Rainpaw, leave her alone,” Hyenapaw’s raspy voice was too quiet and his brother didn’t hear him over the other wails and screeches in the background.
-
Nimby didn't hear Hyenapaw's raspy voice over the screeching and general mull of noise that came with every battle, but she did hear Rainpaw's comment. "Hah, you wish," She said, curling her tail around Magickit. "Two toms? Can't trust your kind." She said, not moving from her stance in front of Magickit.
Rainpaw took another step closer to the she cat, a threatening look glowing in his eyes. "She is a Tribe kit, she is going to be taken care of by Tribe warriors," he hissed, accidentally using the Clan term 'warriors'. As he spoke, he padded up to her until he was no more than three pawsteps from the BloodClan she cat, ignoring Magickit's tiny mew. If anything happens to that kit, it'll be on our paws and they'll chase us out! Or worse... he lashed out one black and brown paw, aiming for the she cat's neck/ chest region.
"Rainpaw, stop!" Hyenapaw meowed louder rushing towards his brother after he had swung his paw. Distracted, Rainpaw whipped his head around to set his cold gaze on the smaller cat. "What? Why? You don't know this she cat or what she's planning to do!" he shouted, before turning back to Nimby and getting ready to send another strike at the BloodClanner.
-
Lizardpaw was surprised by the kit's quick thinking and fighting skill as he flinched back from her smaller paws that had hit his muzzle. Hmmm, what would a real ShadowClan warrior do? he asked himself, shaking his head roughly. His electric green eyes seemed to spark as an idea came to him, Play dirty... Lizardpaw crouched down and let his ears and tail fall limp. He let out a fake moan, pretending to pretend to give up.

((Should we wait for Clover to post, or go ahead and start the new thread?))
Airblast turned to look at Magmapaw expectantly as the strong scents of many other WindClan cats filled her nose.
-
Hyenapaw let out a loud screech as something heavier and most likely bigger hit him. He hobbled around, feeling a bit dazed from the sharp, unexpected attack, and stared at the mass of blue- siver fur in front of him. Oh, StarClan, his eyes bulged nearly completely out of his sockets and his ears went limp on his head. The skinny, young tom was shaking like a leaf in a wind storm and he felt as if he were going to pass out. "Rainpaw!" he called frantically as he flailed his claws towards the other BloodClanner.
"Think your tough, picking on someone smaller than you?" Rainpaw accused, completely abandoning his previous enemy and focusing all attention on this other cat who had attacked his brother. "Lets see ya take on both of us, bully!" he yelled, not realizing how silly his threat sounded, espcially with Nimby, the other BloodClanner just behind him. Still, though, the dark colored tom attemped to slash at the new tom with both front paws, claws unsheathed.
-
The paw took Nimby by surprise; she hadn't actually been expecting the smaller tom to attack her. It struck her in the chest, more winding her then anything. "...You're dead." She said simply, unsheathing her claws and bristling up her fur to make her seem even more intimidating. "Do not mess with us." The warrior looked over at Mortalcombat, and a small, malicious grin spread across her face. Two bigger, stronger, Bloodclan warriors against two smaller, weaker, Tribe to-bes? Piece of cake.
Rainpaw's insult just fueled the adrenaline that was already pumping fast through her veins. Claws unsheathed, the she-cat took a swipe at Rainpaw's legs, trying to knock him to the ground.
Rainpaw let out a winded grunt as he hit the ground. Though the she cat had hit him and she had successfully made him fall, he only felt a small pain in his legs and chest. He scrambled up quickly and faced the tom first, the one who had attacked his brother. Another snarl and he lept at Mortalcombat's neck. Maybe, he hoped silently as he lunged for the bigger cat, Since I'm smaller than this guy, I can actually grab him.
Hyenapaw turned to face the she cat and swallowed hard. Please don't hurt me, the weak tom pleaded quietly, staring at the bigger feline, I don't even like fighting... He tried to force an intimidating look on his face, but failed and ended up looking more like a kit trying to act tough while play fighting. This is hopeless, she's gonna shred me, we should've ran like we were told to, he thought miserably. Then, the shape of other cats appeared in the corner of his eye, this time, cat's he recognized as other Tribe cats. Thank the Stars! he sent up a grateful prayer when he saw the older cats heading to help them.

Airblast paused in front of the great den. She looked over her shoulder to see if Magmapaw and the two ShadowClan apprentices were still behind her. Then, with a sigh, she turned her mint colored gaze to the dark entrance of Scarredstar's den. For a moment, the warrior hesitated, for once, she actually felt unsure of what she was doing. I don't even know what they want...What am I going to say to Scarredstar, she shook her head slowly.
I'm already here... They are already here, in our camp, it would be even worse to just send them away, she reassured herself silently. Airblast straightened back up and gazed deeply into the den before calling, "Scarredstar? Scarredstar, there are a pair of ShadowClan apprentices that have to speak with you." She stepped back and stared off, her gaze filled with anticipation.

((Kay, here it is

Airblast nodded confidently and, remembering to take her rabbit, charged off over the hill. She didn't bother to check over her shoulder, though, to make sure that the ShadowClanners were keeping up, forgetting that they may not be able to keep up with her and Magmapaw.
-
Hyenapaw was thrown over as if her were no more than a bundle of sticks. He layed limply on his side, legs splayed out in front of him. Excrutiating pain shot up his back and side and he let out another mewl of pain. I landed on a rock! he thought, attempting to squirm a little further and off of the stony spike. Hyenapaw scramble to his paws, just barely ignoring the blood he could feel beginning to well out of his small wound. On a healthy fighter, it probably wouldn't have hurt so much, but this being a scrawny, sickly, To- Be, he could barely keep himself on his paws.
The light colored tom's head bobbed up and down weakly as he tried to get his vision to focus on only one cat. Hyenapaw stared at Nimby. He didn't want to hurt anyone, he didn't even want to unsheathe his claws, but he had to, he had to at least try to defend himself. Thus, he let his claws slide out of their sheathes and he stood there, swaying a bit, waiting for the BloodClanner to attack him.
-
Instantly, Lizard'star' lunged up and attempted to meet the pretend RiverClan leader head on. If he succeeded, the gold and black furred apprentice was going to try and grab her out of the air and maybe pin her, if he could. "Silly RiverClanner! I would never be defeated that easily! Hahaha!" Lizardpaw cackled. Whew, I'm getting more of a work out playing with Darekit than I ever have during actual battle training! he thought, feeling his muscles beginning to tire.
-
Rainpaw and Hyenapaw both remained completely still, both battered and tired. It all seemed to happen so fast. Hyenapaw let his legs collapse underneath him and let out a long sigh of relief when his partly bleeding, messy body hit the cool ground. Rainpaw remained on his paws, stuck in a battle stance as his hard blue eyes followed the BloodClan cats. "Magickit? Where's Magickit?" he mumbled, the light of battle slowly disappearing from his dark blue eyes. He padded over to his brother who was gasping for breath and staring blankly off into the distance. Rainpaw gave the ligher colored tom a quick lick on the head and whispered, "The Tribe won, Hyenapaw, we chased BloodClan away." Hyenapaw raised his head, looked directly into his eyes with a gaze that was filled with uncertainty.
Afte he was done talking to his brother, who was just now getting to his paws again, Rainpaw padded up to where the Tribe cats seemed most concentrated. "Is there anything you would like us to do?" he asked the cat, Elixor, that most were looking at.
-
"I am Rainpaw and this is my brother, Hyenapaw," the bigger of the two brothers introduced to Elixor.
Harriersoul was rushing around, trying to find where he had left his daughter. "Magickit! Magickit, where are you?! If you're hiding, this isn't funny!"
First pride welled up in his chest when he found out he was speaking to the leader of the Tribe of Many Storms, then when he heard another cat calling out the name of the kit they tried to protect, his heart fell heavily into his belly. Rainpaw turned his somber gaze to Harriersoul. "I'm sorry...We tried to protect her, I thought we were watching Magickit well enough while we were fighting the BloodClanners back," he meowed sadly. "That she cat must've took her," he added with a hiss as he referred to Nimby.
-
Lizardpaw let out a good natured laugh, as opposed to the evil cackle that he had been using while pretending to be Lizardstar. "Haha, thanks," he purred, flopping down on his haunches for a moment's rest. "But, seriously, I would hate to fight you if I were really a ShadowClan leader," he commented, "Those were some nice moves, you preformed them as if you were a warrior already!" He lifted a single golden paw and drew his tongue over it a few times before running it over his ears and whiskers. After straightening his fur a little, Lizardpaw got to his paws again and shook himself. "I guess we should get back to camp," he mewed slowly, hating the idea of going back to camp and, most likely, clean out the Elder's Den. "The warrior's have probably turned the whole camp upside down looking for you," he mewed with a good natured smile, hiding his own reluctance.
-
Airblast scowled at Magmapaw. "Yeah, but they have to talk to Scarredstar to find out about this cat before they can talk to him," she grunted to the apprentice before slipping into the Leader's Den. Dumb tom! How does he expect them to talk to someone that they don't even know! That's why we brought them to Scarredstar, remember? she wanted to say the words out loud, but held her tongue anyway. She didn't want to look bad in front of her Clan leader by arguing with a clanmate.
The white warrior situated herself just a few steps from the entrance of the den, to avoid feeling invasive, before explaining why there were two ShadowClan apprentices in WindClan camp. "These ShadowClanners claim that they are looking for a cat; they believe that this cat may be in WindClan, but since neither I nor Magmapaw knew of a cat by the description they gave us, we thought it would be a good idea to bring them to you," Airblast explained, trying to sound formal and polite.
-
"I didn't let her take Magickit! We're not spies, we attacked her and this tom came up... she must've gotten her when the BloodClanners were retreating," Rainpaw meowed, beginning to feel more miserable. Now she actually has a reason to hate me... a kit was stolen because of my negligence, he thought, looking over at Poppystorm, the she cat who had shown obvious dislike towards him and Hyenapaw earlier that day. He looked over at Harriersoul, his blue eyes dull, and mewed apologetically, "I didn't catch the thief's name, but she was a tabby and was pretty big for a she cat."
Hyenapaw's ears flicked up as he remembered something. "She said...she said that 'she was on our side' and seemed very surprised when w- we a-attacked her... but sh-she had BloodClan scent," he mewed, stuttering every now and then.
